This has happened once before, gave the second chance and here we are again with the same outcome. Ordered two platters for a professional event online using the Subway catering. I will never return to this location again! Went to pickup at the designated time I was given, only one box was made and I was told that was it. After me having to argue that 10 subs do not come out to $122.00 that I paid, the manager finally made my second platter box making me late for my event. To make matters extremely worse than me being late to my own event, the embarrassment of the quality of food given to me was unacceptable!!!! Bread was hard and dried out, no toppings on any of the sandwiches that I picked out and the presentation looked NOTHING like what I thought I was purchasing online. Be advised, I STRONGLY STRONGLY suggest NOT catering from this particular Subway for any function… If I could give no star review then that would be more accurate.

Ordered on their app and arrived at the time the app said it was ready. When I came in my food was not ready, nor packed. I had to stand in line and ask for my order which they then had to put together from scratch. So I did not save anytime what so ever. In fact I wasted time on my lunch break since I stayed at home thinking they were preparing my food.

I order 3 Black Forest ham kids meals. They wouldn’t let me put any veggies on the sandwiches. They said the meals don’t come with milk or applesauce even though it clearly states it on the menu. They charged me $5.99 the price of the kids meal even though it was just a 4″ sub. I paid $18 for a ham and bread foot long!!!! No cheese no veggies… nothing

Terrible service. They didn’t know what they were doing. Cheese was burnt, yes, that brown thing right there is cheese. And they gave the butt of a tomato, one of only two tomatoes that came on the sandwich because they couldn’t bother going to grab some more.

Worst sub shop in 50 states. Omg. Not to mention the weird trollish stocker kid blasting music from his/her pocket to disturb the customers. He/she couldn’t even stock lids. I had to hold my soda in the car and hope it didn’t spill on me. Not sure why he/she is even working if they can’t stock lids.

I placed an online order to be ready at 1:35 went in at 1:40 because per the app it was ready and the lady working the counter told me she wasn’t even making it for at least another 10 minutes even though I was already there waiting and was very rude then sat there talking to a another online orderer about their order that came in after me
