Today the service was horrible. Had to get off to order because the drive thru is impossible to go through with a 2500 Truck. For one you have to order through touch screen, and the screen is super low. Two, to even press the button from a vehicle like a truck, you would have to open the door and half way get off. So it’s pointless to even try to go through the drive thru if in a larger vehicle. Once inside, out of two employees, only one was servicing customers. The other was just standing there, and I do mean just standing. Location is horrible, it is toward the back of the property, in the middle of everything, so you will have to maneuver around. Overall, will not be returning.

Visited on a Thursday at noon. This location has limited parking and the handicap accessible parking spots are not clearly labeled; we immediately moved our vehicle once I noticed the almost invisible label on the pavement. This would be non compliant with ADA regulations IMO. Once inside, there were two people in line. The employees were very helpful and quick to make the sandwiches for all our orders. I appreciate that because I was on my lunch break. After I sat down, the crowd arrived. Lucky for me. Overall I do recommend you visit this establishment for the food.

I ordered dinner. A pepperoni pizza and a Turkey Cali Club footlong sandwich combo. The pizza wasn’t cut. There was no avocado or dressing in the sandwich. It was super dry with the bacon thrown in there. It is honestly the most disgusting service I’ve ever encountered at any restaurant. Then I called to speak to a manager. I couldn’t even understand the person talking due to the bad connection. The entire phone call cut off. So upsetting and infuriating to have wasted money on a meal that ended up being thrown away. The female employee who prepared my order looked like she’d rather be anywhere but there. If all she’s going to do is ruin customer’s meals, then she shouldn’t be there to begin with. Again, absolutely disgusting food and service.

If I could give this Subway zero stars I would! This is what I got when I ordered a veggie delite. How is this acceptable?? I’ve ordered veggie delites from other locations and they are full of all the fresh vegetables. Completely different sandwiches! This location has some serious nerve and some serious work to do!

Food is good but waiting times are trash. It’s like there’s 1 person back there. Even with online orders I still have to wait longer than usual for people in front of me orders to finish. Not trying to bash them or anything but dang people go there for their breaks and by the time I order, pay, get my food, go home and eat I only have about 10 mins to eat and that’s cause I have an hour lunch. I can only imagine those with fewer minutes. Speed it up subway I gotta clock in dayum
