This place is high quality, clean, and delicious and the employees where super friendly! Imagine a chipotle type environment with a Mediterranean menu. Got a bowl with greens and basmati with falafel. Several delicious sauces and plenty of free fresh toppings, all authentic and different. This is for sure my new go to.

WOW!!! So good!!! I love this place as it was my first visit to a Cava!! The taste was a 11 star!!! Service was wonderful and the atmosphere was pleasant!!! It was a great stop in between all my work as I needed to get a healthy lunch before I headed back to writing my books and a great choice it was!! Highly recommend- make sure to stop and experience the taste of healthiness!!! ♥️

I had ordered two build your own bowls for myself and my husband to pickup and they both were missing the chicken and mine was missing the sweet potatoes as well. I had even paid extra for the harissa chicken. This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Have picked up lunch several times since it’s open. A time or two the portion given was a little small but others more generous! That’s the only negative. The store is always clean, people nice, food is delicious!! Always get a bowl, it’s so good. And the fried pita?! YUM!

The food is amazing! I got the market bowl twice now and it was so good. Unfortunately the service is horrible– I don’t think I’ve ever been to a restaurant where staff consistently made you feel so unwelcomed. We were very pleasant with simple orders– Both times we went staff actsed annoyed the whole time, doesn’t make eye contact, mumbles, truly seems miserable. The food is delicious and I will be back, but prepare to feel like you are bothering everyone there while ordering.

The quality of the food from Cava is great. It is very delicious with options / combinations to suit your preference. The downside of this place is the quality of service. My workplace has ordered in lunch several occasions and I myself have gone in-person on my own time. Every delivery order I’ve received has been wrong, missing items (topping, protein, etc), or missing complete meals. In person, employees tend to get annoyed / frustrated with customers regardless if the customer is being polite. I find this very off-putting. I understand this is a newer establishment, however, it does not seem to be improving. How long does it really take to have human decency and good customer service?

First time trying this place out, but not my first time eating this type of food. Went with the spices lamp and I will say it was very good. It reminded me of some of the ones I had overseas. That said, it is a bit pricey. I think for 2 of the sandwiches it was like 24 dollars. I do not think it will last long with these prices much like the one in the mall which has already closed. Great potential to be a decent spot though.
