Last time I went to this location service was bad. So I decided to go again today and give it a second chance. When I went in there was a line, which I waited. One employee was available and no one else to help him. One customer left do to waiting over 30 minutes. So the issues here is that the employee was only taking online orders so there was no one else to take order for customers inside the building. The lady in front of line had been waiting over an hour which is ridiculous. Employee didn’t acknowledge any of us that we’re waiting in line or had the courtesy of telling us that he would only take online orders. Management needs to look at staffing. Really disappointing that this location continues to have opportunities.

So I ordered online and got confirmation that my order would be ready by 4:15. I told my son to pick up and eat before he went to work which he goes in at 5:00. My son went to pick up and the guy asked him if he was the online order; my son confirmed this was at 4:15. The guy proceeds to help a family of four and makes their sandwiches first. Lesson learned don’t place an online order with this subway.. won’t get it in time that’s for sure… So now my son doesn’t have time to eat and has a long shift in front of him.. Thanks a lot Subway….
