Worst subway in erie do not go here. Everytime I place an online order. Wait 20-30 minutes to get there they say it’s ready on the app everything. And literally everything I go in the subs are not even started. So I wait everything without complaining. But enough is enough. This time I ordered took 40 minutes to get there the subway tracker said it was done. I walk in. Nothing even started. Said it was done for 20 minutes. They they have the audacity to put my subs to the side when a customer came in after me and made there food before mine. Absolutely a disgrace of a subway and customer service. All for poor quality subs. This would never happen on buffalo road. Avoid at all cost not worth the headache for sub-quality subway

A cashier named rob took my order today and was by far the best service I’ve received in quite sometime! Very polite and understanding with my order which I’d say was rather difficult (I was ordering someone else’s sub and wasn’t sure of what they wanted). That being said “JOB WELL DONE!! “ I’d go there everyday if that’s the kind of service I’d receive! A raise would be in order if I had anything to say about it!

From the moment I walk in the young man I believe his name is Scott treats me like family. He remembers exactly how I like my sub even when I can’t remember. While he’s making an astute description of the sub I asked for he is also thanking customers on their way out while multitasking and running the register. His ability to connect with customers like myself on a human level is something that is lacked in today’s food service and society. Someone seriously needs to give this man a raise because he raises my spirits and fills my stomach every week with a smile.

I came to subway about 9:00pm 10/2 about 5 people in line ahead of me and a gentleman named Robert was the only employee working, On top of knocking all those orders out by himself Robert was very enthusiastic through it all!! Really disappointed, usually this location is reliable but my online order wasn’t up to snuff this time. Got two sweet onion chicken subs, one of them didn’t have any sweet onion sauce (we asked for extra). The other had about half the chicken it’s supposed to come with. Both of them barely had any veggies. On top of that, I found a full bone in one of the subs.

I didn’t catch her name but she had long, beautiful braided hair and did an amazing job. She was clearly trained well and I appreciate her dedication to sanitary standards. Everything was executed perfectly from her greating when we enter, to the preparation of the sandwich and again excellent service at check out.

Worst subway in Erie! They used to be good! But over the past 6 months they’ve went completely down hill! Mobile orders and deliveries are never ready! Never started until after you arrive! Might as well not have mobile orders! Defeats the entire purpose of avoiding the line!
