The sandwich artist was no artist at all he came with an over abundance of attitude and literally told me he was not going to make my sandwich according to my online order with all the extras I ordered and payed for.

Justin is rude and should be in a different industry. I’ve been in there 3 times and always been very nice. Always tipped him. He had a bad day yesterday apparently, I could tell and asked him if he was ok. That set him off. He had a bad day and took it out on me. Was yelling at me in front of other customers.

Absolutely insane how long it takes to receive subs at this subway. Took 20+ minutes to receive 4 subs that were ordered on the app (toppings are listed on a paper for ease of preparation which did not seem to help in the slightest). Footlongs were small and lacked fillings. My chicken bacon ranch came without ranch (it’s literally in the name ). Workers hide in the back until they get backed up on orders. Super slow service. Worst subway order I’ve ever had. Saw someone storm out while there since they weren’t acknowledged for 5+ minutes (because they were slowly working on the online orders). Henry ford did not popularize the assembly line for it to take 20 minutes to make sandwiches. Absolutely foul.

Jordan is awesome. Super nice. Was all by himself and served the people in front of us super quick, we didn’t have to wait long. He Actually made it the way I wanted it. And I’m 8 months pregnant, so I’m a bit picky. ☺️Thanks Guy! You’re great.
