I came in to subway @840pm (they close @10pm) from out of town, to order 27 sandwiches (5 footlongs and 22 6inch) to be made for the following day (pick up at 11:45am). The manager refused to take my orders and cited policy changes – orders have to be placed 24hrs in advance and they only make a certain amount of bread each day. What the heck?! You’re turning down business! Dumb business decision.

Food was AWESOME, customer service was awesome. I hope the manager will realize she or he has a worker that will snap at the other employees when I they was all joking around.
