The family that works here was extremely rude . Did not make the sandwich correctly .Sandwich artist seemed to completely dismiss the order and any subsequent question”is that our order? Is that our order ?? We ordered turkey…not ham…” Very rude .It was nice of them to wipe off lettuce and tomato and mayo that we did not order on the sandwich though. Owner (I assume was the owner) also did not want to honor the free sandwich for each customer that particular day.

Placed curbside order. Got there ten minutes early and the curbside area was blocked by other vehicles and people standing around. So, I parked diagonal from the spot. When the employee came out with my order about 12 minutes after I arrived, I rolled my window down and told her it was for me. She had a stank face. I tried to be friendly, she said “next time park in the designated spot.” I wasn’t in the mood for her attitude and wasn’t about to explain to her the reason I was parked diagonal to the spot….so I just rolled my window up before she was done talking. She looks miserable and like she didn’t want to be there. A few whole extra steps really ruined her whole day. I payed for food, not attitude.

Normally I never have a problem with this Subway. I’ve been using the coupons that they send out in the mail with no problem. Today I tried to use a coupon and I was told that they don’t accept them. Turns out it’s only this one coupon that they don’t accept. That’s perfectly fine, but if that was the case then they need to let customers know this. Not mad at the employees or anything because it’s their employer who needs to do more to make sure it is known that they are choosing not to allow ONE coupon out of the whole paper. I have added a picture so more people can be made aware when going to this subway.

Placed an order online for 4 foot longs. Said pickup was at 4:30pm. At 4:30pm they hadn’t even begun to make the order yet. If that wasn’t bad enough they went on to serve three walk-in customers instead! A first responder in uniform treated this way, inexcusable! Order took 30 minutes EXTRA to make, wasn’t done until 5pm. Imagine if first responders were 30 minutes late to a fire or someone dying. Orange has become a sad excuse for restaurants and fast food places, the employees can’t or won’t do their jobs and cost those actually working hard their money!! Don’t bother calling, no one answers and corporate has no one to take complaints.

If you have coupons don’t even waste ya time. They are rude as hell. And refuse to take any coupons. Or even acknowledge them in any way. Will never come here again!!!

This is the best Subway location I have ever visited! I am always greeted when I walk in and the staff almost always have smiles on their faces. The quality of the food is much better here than at other locations I’ve been to. And my order is always made quickly and efficiently.
