Charged my for cutting my sandwich in half and wrapping it separately!! Also put about 3 flakes of shredded cheese on my sandwich and charged me $2(!) to put more. I go to other Subways about once a week and have NEVER been told any of this from any other subway across the country.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Subway location on July 18th around 8 PM. I had placed an order in advance, but when I arrived to pick it up, I found out they had canceled my order without informing me—no call, no message, nothing.
When I asked the staff about it, their behavior was rude and completely unprofessional. Shockingly, one of the employees threw the change at my face, which was incredibly disrespectful and humiliating. I tried to speak with the manager, expecting a reasonable explanation or at least an apology, but the manager’s attitude was just as careless and dismissive.
This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable. Subway seriously needs to investigate this location and take action. No customer should be treated like this. I will not be returning and strongly advise others to avoid this store.

I’ve been seeing some of these reviews but have had a very different experience than what I’m seeing on here. When I walked in the girl making sandwiches smiled at me and told me she’d be right with me. There was a long line and not many people to make the sandwiches but I felt so much compassion for this young girl because she was working hard and making sure everyone was getting there sandwiches as quickly and neatly as possible. When I ordered she was kind to me and very helpful. And plus the food is delicious and the place is very clean. 10/10. Would recommend.

Purchased a buy one get one free promotion on the subway app. Pickup at this location
Showed up at the store for pickup and they wouldn’t give me my second sandwiche.
The owner was at home so I asked to talk to her. Owner said they don’t do buy one get one free even though the app let me order it. She just kept repeating that the app shouldn’t have let me do that. She made it my problem
Wouldn’t give a refund. She hung up and left the teenager there to deal with the fact she didn’t notify corporate that her store doesn’t participate.
Horrible customer service and a coward of an owner. Steer clear of this location
