Came in for lunch for first time cause I’m working out here. The 3 ladies up front were very Professional and everything was nice and clean and in order. Fresh cookies and bread. We couldn’t believe how clean it was. This makes my subway back look bad. Keep up the amazing work. Forsure will be back

I ordered pickup today and when I got home with the sandwich I saw that it had no tomatoes or pickles on it. I called the store to se did they happened to be out of tomatoes and pickles and the associate responded with “my manager isn’t here right now” I repeated my question and then was hung up on.

I come here quit often due to the fact that it’s the closest, but with that said, when we come and always spend more than $50 or $60 on food, and ask for extra stuff to go onto the sandwiches, it shouldn’t be an argument from the employee, I even always say I will pay extra for the extra stuff!! We should not have to go to the store and buy more stuff to put onto our sandwich because the employee only wants to put like 3 olives or 3 bell peppers, this is becoming ridiculous, it started to get better and now it’s going back to the same way that it was!! If this continues I can promise my business will be lost here and I will go spend my money elsewhere!!

I don’t know if they have new management or what, but the last 3 times I’ve ordered from here, something has been wrong on every sandwich. I call up there to have it corrected and I’m treated rudely. I’m done spending money at the Highlands location.

These chicks are AWESOME on 12-2-22 10 pm we had dinner and a show. Starring the amazing Ms. Amber. This girl was FUNNY, a mix of Mitch Hedberg and George Carlin. Kept us on our toes with laugh after laugh. Give these girls a RAISE!!!! And Amber a 1hr special!!

I’m going to let you in on a little secret from an ex-employee (myself) that use to work at this disgusting establishment that they don’t want you as a paying customer to know. For your sake and dignity, don’t come here. I worked here for a short term and the things I have seen would disgust anybody. It is the reason I quit among others. Before I knew what I was eating, I myself got food poisoning and had to visit my Doctor because it was so bad and missed work for almost a week! The unbelievable part? I was harassed about it even though it was their own fault for my absence at work due to the unhygienic food that was being served. Once I saw how bad it was when I was told to work in prep, I went to management about it. I told them and asked them If I could just throw away the batch that had mold, and you know what I was told? Word for word? She said and I quote, “just cut off the molded part, its fine”. Yup. These imbeciles really have no clue how mold works apparently. ‍♀️Everybody knows that does not fix it. After that I kept me opinions to myself and decided to quit. Also I want to note those placemats that are in the photos are hung by their own personal hangers. Which they brought from home and used to dry the mats. Mind you this is not allowed. Its considered unsanitary. These hangers are never sanitized or cleaned and have quite a bit of dust and filth on them (The mats are used to make cookies fyi). Anyways, I think ai have said enough. Just don’t eat here. Don’t waste your hard earned money here. YOU DESERVE BETTER than this filth. I provided just a few photos I have of when I worked here and what I had to prep. This is what they are feeding you… If you still decide to eat here, take caution. You might end up in a hospital like I did. ‍♀️

After I embarrassingly, WRONGLY disputed about what my coupon could be used for, Jeremy very calmly took care of me even though I was in the wrong. I am usually very good at reading the fine print but somehow missed what was right in front of my face. I appreciate the patience that Jeremy had with me!! I want to also add that the remodel they did over there looks great and the veggies were super fresh.
