There was only one young lady working the whole place. She was the daughter of the owner… She was slammed with customer. Our order was ordered ahead of time. But wasnt ready and not even started when we got there. BUT this young lady handled her business!! You could tell with the amount of customers in the restaurant she was under some pressure. But she kept her cool and did her very best and gave great customer service. Even though there was a wait, i understood why. And was very impressed with the service. For that alone, i will come back to this location!!

What a complete change since the new owñers. From the cleanliness, atmosphere, food & foremost” OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE”! I said ,” I would never go back to this Subway”..due to horrible experience the first time being in there. That was 3 year’s ago. Glad I gave them another shot.

The app mess up my order this isn’t the first time. The manager is refusing to refund it. And I sat there while she started the order and told her that it was messed up. She said it was too late nothing she can do about it. Literally have no idea why to app malfunctioned I dont even like over half the items on the list. Being an ex assistant manager at subway this is just ridiculous. This store has no functionality.

1:37 p.m the young man working today 3-22-21 didn’t greet me when I came in. He didn’t wash his hands. The front line was dirty and very nasty. He smashed my bread. The cutting knives were dirty. So gross. He was very rude. Plus I had to repeat myself that I only wanted my chicken heated and not toasted. The building of the sandwich was completely wrong.
