I ordered pizza at 9:00 pm that was suppose to be delivered between 9:30-9:45 pm. Let’s just say my food arrived at 10:20 pm and EVERYTHING was burned not only was it burned the pizza was put together sloppy and not even cut. The chicken is suppose to be 12 pieces and it is actually 8 pieces, then my my chicken Alfredo is over cooked and very dry with bare minimum pasta noodles and ALL the food was really cold. When I called to complain about the food they hung up on me so I had to call back and then the manager tried to say well I cut the pizza. Everything time I ordered from this domino’s it’s always something.

I will never order from here again. When I called to let them know my cheese pizza had Canadian bacon and sausage on it, the manager was very rude and said “I don’t care if I lose you as a customer, I’m way too busy to be dealing with you” and hung up. I’ve never been talked to like that from someone in customer service. So, no thank you.

Ordered carry out, one pizza, half pepperoni and black olives, the other half only cheese. Got home and the entire thing has pepperoni and black olives. Called the store, I was told it was my fault for not QC checking the pizza before I left the store and they’d “only give me store credit this ONE TIME” because it was my fault they messed the order up. Good lord, does dominos pizza cut me a check for quality control? No. They don’t. Do better, and when you mess up don’t blame the customer for you messing up.

If I could give a negative 5⭐️ review, I would. The order was awful, disgusting, and dry, incorrect, just a horrible experience. Tried to call, give them the opportunity to make things right, and was told “We accept no responsibility for the condition of our food”…. So why in the hell are you in the food service business for? The quality of your food is the #1 reason you open your doors as a restaurant. Well, at least it should be. Never, ever, going back to this location . Now I see why there’s a 3.8 rating. Won’t be fooled again.

Burnt pizza! Have been coming to this location for years rude customer service lied on phone and will not refund pizza because I ate half a piece of burnt pizza and said I would save the pizza and bring back tomorrow and they said no refund would only make a new one.
