Everyone I encountered was friendly, which was directly opposite of my encounter at another location in the area. They were super busy at lunch time but had the staff to keep the line moving it was great! I haven’t run into anyone rude yet ♀️ way better quality food and very clean location.

This is a gas station subway, so there’s not much to say about the atmosphere, but it is clean. Parking can be limited, especially at lunchtime. Even if they are busy, service is always quick, and sandwiches are always neatly prepared (I have visited Subways where the sandwiches are thrown together and messy). All in all, a good, properly managed location.

Went to subway as I always do to get a morning sandwich told lady I wanted a 12″ sandwich ,she started cutting a rool in half to 6″I told her I said 12″ she tried arguing with me I said 6″ she was rude not focused on her job at all she was a short older lady poor customer service I will never recommend this business to any one she needs to be taught how to talk n deal with customers

I recommend this restaurant to change their attitude. Ivanna was already showing attitude when she kept cutting into my husbands conversation with the gentleman helping him then when she got her chance to help me I was asking her about the new steak and cheese melt and by God I have had better service then what she gave me. Every question I had was given a short non positive answer. It made me so mad I didn’t even want to try that sandwich I just got my usual the chicken bacon ranch on Italian cheese and herb with spinach bell pepper and purple onion. My sandwich was mostly bread. I hate my service from this subway. Thank God I don’t live on this side so I don’t have to continue to have horrible service from a place I love and enjoy eating. Ivanna you need to step up your customer service, any thing personal you have going on needs to stay away from work and make your customers happy. Here is a picture of my sandwich so you can see how much bread there is compared to vegetables. Didn’t even ask me if what she put was fine she just put it together and cut it quick and rolled it up. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED WITH MY VISIT. Fyi your name tag is suppose to be on your shirt not the side of your hat.

It’s been a while since I recieved such blatant disrespect from customer service. A couple was ordering the subs so my girlfriend and I were standing back looking over the menu. The attendant stood to the side and spoke to their coworker, once ready, we walked up to the counter. We were not greeted or acknowledged. So we walked to the register where she clearly saw us and continued her conversation with her coworker. Another customer walked in and she immediately walked to the counter to assist them still ignoring us. I’m not to sure what that was about, but it felt disrespectful.
