i went into subway like normal trying to get two sandwiches and i was being helped by a tall guy with short hair (i didn’t get names since they were caught at the start of a rush shortly after i walked in) and he got my bread and meat selection for one sandwich, looked at the clock, said something to his coworker, and just took the gloves off and left. I was left waiting in line and had the customer after me pay before me (i don’t mind waiting but it’s the fact i had to without notice). It wasn’t until another coworker walked in (i’m guessing late to their shift) and i finally got helped. There was no common decency to at least let me know that his coworker would be helping me with my sandwich. maybe he was running late to something or it’s because the guy coming in after him came late but at least let customers know that they’ll be helped by someone else or even then WAIT until the next person comes and once they do then say that THAT person is going to help. The girl with orangish and the buffer gentleman that was there after the fact helped me and i’m grateful that he helped me with care and customer service and brought the line down quick. Most definitely won’t be my main Subway anymore though unless you like your sandwich left alone after they have to clock out at 3

Do not order online! Terrible experience! Bread soggy, too much mayo, ingredients on sandwich you did not ask for. Absolutely not the Subway to visit or order online. This is the type of experience that hurt businesses, especially during this Pandemic.

Yesterday I ate at this subway and it was literally the only thing I ate for the day because I’m on a diet, late last night I woke up with food poising or something. I’ve been having diarrhea all night and today since this morning. I’ve been in the bed, I have a horrible headache and can’t stop this diarrhea. This place needs to be checked out immediately. This is not cool.

So I showed up to this subway 5 min. before they closed and was skeptical and this young Guy named Gabriel was so attentive and professional he said I got you!! love his energy and passion he took care of my order with no problem this is my first time at this location and I definitely rate it 5+ stars this kid is amazing strongly recommend you to go for his service he will definitely go far in life!!! love it…. ❤

The customer service is terrible. Very uncomfortable with this location. I honestly think Corporate needs to look into this location and take action. The customer service is bad. I had to tell the employee that there was a bug flying inside the guacamole bag for them to take it out of the bucket. Needless to say, they put it back, all they did was pour the top portion out and leave the rest inside the bag. NEVER AGAIN am I eating subway again. After seeing this my whole mindset have change. And to top it off the manager “Gregoria” is very rude and not helpful. I was speaking to her in English and she was speaking to me in Spanish. Worse customer service ever!

Food was good, but the lady that was training a young man today was extremely rude. I felt so bad for him, someone else should be training him as he was very nice and apologetic. I too work in the food industry and would never treat my coworkers like that especially in front of customers.
