I’m not sure the lady’s name who was working today 8/24/2023. A hispanic woman, polite, friendly. The store was clean the line was stocked. No bad or yellow lettuce, all the sandwich stuff was all fresh and great! I didn’t have high hopes prior to walking in at 4pm. I’m wrong for thinking that way about subway, but this time the 14.50$ footlong and one ex large drink was hella worth it today.

I normally don’t like walking in to places 30 minutes before they close.. but I had to work later than normal.. came in 20 minutes before they closed and the lady yelled at me and some other guy that she had to close. Maybe change the hours to earlier closing time? Respectfully, I don’t think it takes more than 5 minutes to serve a sandwich. Hate leaving reviews but her attitude sucked.

The service was quick and the food was fresh! Not only that but the service was amazing I brought my 10 month old son and he banged his head and started crying and the work behind the counter gave him a free cookie so I would thoroughly recommend this place to anybody good atmosphere and nice people awesome Subway an example for all of the others to follow! 10 out of 10

I wish I can give a ZERO stars, I went to get couple sandwiches and I normally like to finish one for me before to start with other for my son, but this people -indian couple- I saw how they were laughing of me because of that, my son told me he felt uncomfortable with them -even him felt the bad vibes- TREAT PEOPLE THE SAME WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED. What a difference will be for them with zero customers to be patient and just smile and do their job or business. I was so tired with medical appointments that I decided to get the sandwich and avoid to make other stop on my way home but. Shame on you.

The only person on duty walked in from a smoke break after I entered the store. Because I work all over Houston, I’ve eaten at many of these places. When you can’t find anything else, there’s always a subway and sometimes, it’s pretty damn good. The food wasn’t great on my first visit to this Tomball location. It seemed stale. Aside from that, I was given used napkins. One of which was written on, the rest were soiled. They may have gotten soiled from the bag that my sandwich was placed into. The bag had food on it. The only way to get the sandwich from the bag was to get food on hands.

I did a online order on April 15, 2021. They are always running out of steak, and they give me a call saying they ran out of steak and said they can replace it with something else but I didn’t want nothing else but the steak. I told them I wanted a refund instead and the lady that work that day didn’t know how to do it, and call her supervisor and her supervisor didn’t answer and got help from a different store on trying to do a refund. I still yet to get a refund I call the store and the phone just keeps ringing and this is the 3rd time they run out of steak make sure you call and see what they have available before placing a online order
