I ordered online and was called stating they were out of steak. I asked for tuna but they were out of that as well. Along with several other items. I finally placed another ordered. The young man didn’t follow my instructions on dressing my sub. It was a mess. They need to do better. First and last time at this location.

Sat outside waiting for 10-20 minutes while the red head girl was sitting on the phone with her back turned against the door. It said it opens at 8 am and the door was locked and it’s 9:53….? She was twirling her hair had no gloves on and the door was locked.

Such a bad experience with the food at this subway. The employees were nice but this location’s veggies were rotten. The lettuce was browning and the tomatoes were mush. Their selection of meats were horrible as well, the only thing they had was old looking turkey & ham.

Horrible customer service!! Where do I begin? #1 they never restock any items when they’re making your sub they have to keep going to the back to get stuff. #2 when you check out, they up charge you for chicken even though you got chicken ranch. They were up charging for bacon and chicken when it come on the sub for $1.80!! # 3 they don’t load the sub all the way when you tell them a lot of a specific condiment. Avoid at all cost. The young boy with glasses shift leader try’s to be slick and is super rude and not informative. I just walked out and not paid and told him no thanks keep it.
