The manager was nice when I arrived only. After I received my food, I then drove home which is about five miles away. I then checked the subs and realized that the order was wrong, so I checked the receipt and realized that it belonged to someone else. I called the location and spoke to the manager and she said that she made a mistake and didn’t ask my name but then she said that I didn’t tell her my name (partially putting blame on me also). When I reminded her that I did say my name when I arrive, she denied it. I then asked her what she wanted me to do with the subs I received and she said to bring them back but before she hung up she told an employee that I must have thought that I was gonna get them for free. When I arrived back at the location I told her that I don’t live that close to get location and then she shrugged her shoulders in a manner of like oh well. I will never go back to take location. Horrible customer service.

Ridiculous employees the price of the BLT is $8.39 on the menu and they want to charge $11 because she said that’s what her manager wants. That’s crazy. I suggest going to a whole Nother spot.

Horrible customer service. 1st time I ordered online, I went to pick up my sandwich, got home and my sandwich was extremely messy. Now the 2nd time I went inside with a coupon instead of reading the coupon they just straight assumed that I used it (which I never did).

Rudest customer service from the supposed manager. I mean wow.. the way she treats/talks to people is terrible. How is she a manager at all? I’ve got great customer service before from one of the employees here so they aren’t all bad but the manager shouldn’t even have a job where she interacts with people.
