I asked for the cookies at Subway in the case but the cashier refused to give them to me because there were already prepackaged cookies on the table that were hard and looked different. The cashier said they were made at the same time and really tried to start an argument over some cookies. So I just left. The ones in the case looked way better and the ones on the table were hard as a brick. I just will not be going to the Subway inside Pilot again.

This is NOT a Cali fresh salad. This aint a salad at all. I don’t appreciate the way i was treated. There is nothing to this salad at all. I was disrespected. Her name was Junice and she works at the Subway inside the Pilot by HWY 35. I won’t be going there again. I am very disappointed.

6/15/22 10:25 pm white male subway employee acting like I wad bothering him while he was on a phone call on his headphones the whole time. I ask him to separate the foot long into two wraps and he point blank said no and proceeded to tell me the drivers of the company I drive for sucked. Very rude and unprofessional and uncalled for in front of other customers first and last time in eat here. Now i know why other drivers refuse to come here.

The employee James closed it right in front of me at 9:10pm on 9/30/22 under the excuse that he’s short staffed, but the whole day he was short staffed. Anyway I really think it’s pathetic for the employee to decide when to close a place even though it’s right in front of a customer and within the business operating hours. Way to go Subway and way to go James. BTW for the past year this place only gets one star reviews.

Terrible employee customer service. First I asked how the unshaven dirty workers day was. I was told it was a sh**y day. I asked for 2 whole eggs without bread. Was not asked if I wanted it toasted. He puts them in microwave and toasted the bacon. Then dumps it all on one egg and pits other egg on top. I asked for them to be made into 2 tacos so it will be easier to eat. I was told no! That they don’t make custom things that subway isn’t supposed to make food like this. I walked out and will never return to this location. Very unprofessional and rude.
