So once again I order some sandwiches with double meat online and don’t get double meat. This is like the 4th time this has happened. I even wrote in the comments plz make sure they have double meat. Plus they toasted one that wasn’t supposed to be toasted. It’s really sad.

Great sandwiches and friendly staff. Patient and very kind! The pretzel dippers they have water not my favorite, you can have sweet or salty but there is not a lot of either added to the pretzel. Now the foot long cookies are so so good.

Normalize making your employees wear hair nets! Hair falls out on your sandwich right in front of you is not cool. Employe was also very embarrassed. Coke was flat and not the right one.

I had the best experience today at the Rockdale store! The service was worth mentioning because the lady who made my food was just awesome. Her name is Shalona M. and she was so friendly, happy and professional. She spent extra time making sure my salad was perfect. It’s really nice to interact with someone like Shalona who enjoys her job and takes pride in her work. She deserves a raise!!! 🙂

Was Hit or miss service here, but now it’s just consistently terrible.I think it’s a lack of proper training and a greedy owner/manager that tries to skimp on whatever they can to make more money. They need to just shut it down if they can’t operate a franchise properly.
6/4/2022 Gave them another chance with a pickup order and they completely botched it. Didn’t toast my sandwich, and my brothers sandwich was tuna instead of turkey. Luckily my brother isn’t allergic but that couldve put someone in the hospital. I don’t think I’m going back to this location

Every time I order on their app I’m told it’s ready and I get there and they tell me they are out of stuff or the order isn’t ready…don’t u think if ur out of something u should call them before they drive all the way there and tell them. This last time I asked for extra pickles and there were only 6 pickles on the sandwich. My dad and I wanted salt and pepper on our sandwiches and it was drenched in pepper. It was so hard to eat. Also this last time it said my order was ready I get there and she comes out saying we have to prep more provolone cheese I said no biggie. 10 secs later she comes out and says she’s out I said american is fine.5 mins go by….10 mins….15 mins…..20 mins go by and I’m still waiting. Finally another lady brings it out going I didn’t know u were out here or I would have brought it out sooner. I said I’ve been out here for 20 mins….the workers are nice but the service and food aren’t good
