Went in at around 445pm on Friday August 25th and the red headed teen working the counter was upset I even came in the store to order apparently. He came from behind the wall by the register and was so put out he had a customer.

The customer service was not what I was expecting maybe because the girl looked sick and very miserable I felt so sorry she was at work. My sandwich was great tasting and she made it very well but, I’m not understanding in a fast food restaurant why someone who u can clearly see is sick is still working. I very much will not only be leaving my review but calling the BBB on this location that is not very sanitary. Poor girl I hope she feels better and doesn’t have long to work.

Went in early afternoon and one employee was preparing a call in order. Never acknowledged my presence. After the order was complete she went into the backroom never saying a word. After several minutes I walked out. There was another employee in the back. Great way to conduct business OR NOT! Found the Subway up the road to be much more accommodating.

Worst sandwiche or sub place still in business that shouldn’t be. Online specifically and thei management and customer service is worst part of it which you can tell is reason their employees are useless. As they lead and are the example they see and follow.

Horrible customer service today from a guy named Cody. No greeting, just stared at us and waited for us to order. Slammed the bread door every time he had to use it. I never saw a sandwich be made aggressively until today. Dude looked absolutely miserable and was borderline argumentative.
