Genuinely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The guy doesn’t have his name tag on nor greet me at all as I come in. The guy has a an attitude the whole as I tell him my order and makes my food with a lot of aggression. Almost like he does not want to work and talks like he angry. I sat to eat in the restaurant and the guy was treating all the other customers the same as he treated me this is wild.

Meet Jennifer who works at the subway on Rufe snow next to the Kroger. I came in, said hello and instead of greeting me she mumbled something about an online order. Not understanding her, I asked if she could make my sandwich but she snaps at me and tells me I have to wait until she’s done with the 2 online orders. Mind you, there are no other customers in the store, aside from me. I can’t wait, I have work in 15 minutes, before I’d come here I’d imagined a 3-5 minute interaction because that’s how long it usually takes from the other employees who’ve ALWAYS helped me. Jennifer needs to be in a nursing home, not snapping at customers and poorly doing her job. Thanks Jennifer for ruining my lunch before work.

I absolutely can’t stand horrible customer service & tonight my bestfriend and I received just that . From the moment we walked in to the horrible customer service that we reviewed . Every time you asked the associate( Caucasian guy with long hair ) anytime we said anything it was what as his response . This simply doesn’t make any sense I hope you all read this and make changes ! Horrible experience.

I placed an order that was ready at 1:30. I didn’t receive my food until 1:53!! The person making the sandwiches not only ignored the mobile order people but turned away 3 guests that had walked in. Horrible experience, I pretty much paid $1 for every minute my food was late.

I go here often but recently when I went the lady was rude. Normally the manager helps me and she is always kind and helpful but the lady who was working this day had a crap attitude, she was rude and kept rolling her eyes. I know ppl have bad days but I was trying my best to be nice and kind to her and she wasn’t having it. She kept showing that she was in a bad mood.

Subway:My turn “did you place an online order?”
Me: did not.
Subway: “Okay it will be ten minutes to finish this online order”
Seriously? I don’t have ten minutes.
Subway: “I am not clairvoyant”
Myself and two other customers walked.
I am not gonna wait for 10 minutes for an online order for people that are not in the store. You lost myself as a customer today and another family because of your responses.
It takes 3 minutes to make a sandwich, and they can be made in parallel.
Glad to learn online orders take precedence over real people that come in the store.
