Ordered thru doordash asked for both sandwiches to be toasted. Neither sandwich was toasted called to let the manager know and she stated the employee toasted the sandwich. Told her I would bring it back to prove it wasn’t and she proceeded to call me a liar. My wife took her sandwich back to show her and the manager started getting irate and saying she never called me a liar. 100% will never go back to this location. Do not recommend to anyone

Would not recommend this location! Places an online order, said it would be ready by 4:05, arrived at 4:07 and the order wasn’t even started. Had a new hire doing my subs & a female associate “watching” over him to make sure he did it correctly. I ordered two subs. Basic off the classic menu. Tell me why I get home & I have toasted Italian bread, no meat, just cheese. Upon further inspection, my boyfriend’s sandwich also was made with no meat just veggies!!!! Got my sandwich remade & hadn’t noticed his didn’t have meat. Emailed corporate & apparently since I was given cookies upon coming back to get my sandwich made I wasn’t given a refund. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

This has to be the worst location I have every been to . They called me and my husband liars when we told them that we asked for toasted and it wasn’t toasted . I even took my sandwich up there( after paying for delivery) and yet they still wanted to call me a liar. I ended up leaving with no food and no refund . I would much rather drive to the lakeworth location . Never returning to this store . I will also be contacting corporate!

I come to this subway a lot and I have to say every time I go into that subway, sydney (I hope I spelled your name right!) the blonde-haired girl is always so sweet and polite. She makes the atmosphere so great and I noticed the 2 customers before me also thought so! I mean, I go there for the sandwiches but it’s always so much better to go to a place that makes you feel welcome so I just had to shout-out her because she deserves it! Thanks again!

One week ago me and my boyfriend visited thos location at first I wasn’t going to leave a review but since they decided not to correct the issue I’ll let others know. First the staff was extremely rude was more interested in the conversation they were having than listening to there customer . I asked for my sandwich to be toasted 3 times and it still never was. The staff was so oblivious they had me repeat my veggie order a few times. There ice machine was down but wouldn’t sub my fountain drink for a cold bottle of juice … Not to mention o already paid for a drink and she mentioned it after I payed. I will not be returning to this location.

Visited on Oct. 10, 2022 at lunch. Young man who made my sandwich donned his gloves, moved the trash can with 4 fingers on outside of can and thumb inside can. Then he turned around and made my sandwich. He didn’t change cloves before making sandwich. Than goodness the gi system is full of immunity protection. The lettuce was brown in many places…not fresh. Very poor for this restaurant which is usually fresh, clean and excellent. The tables in lobby had not been wiped either. Very disappointing.
