This Domino’s do whatever they want lol… I always order half cheese and all the toppings on the right.. I always do pick up. Wait until I get home to check the order, I hate confrontation I know places are really short staff. So that’s why I never say anything but my daughter only eats cheese, She would just pick off the toppings but it bothers her. Last night I checked before I left.. I immediately was like this is not what I ordered, I checked the app and receipt.. The young man was so sweet, he was about to give me a story until he looked at the receipt.. The worst Dominos around. After 5x of ordering from here I’m either getting terrible customer service, or a VERY long wait time or a poor quality pizza. Today I tried going during the day and it should’ve been ready between 11:36-11:46am but when I got there at 11:58am my pizza was not even started. I went at night when no orders were in only mine, I saw the screen, they were all sitting there on stools chatting and texting and never made my pizza and I showed up 35min after placing it. The crew members are always super confused and lost as to why I’m upset too. So then I’m embarrassed because I’m being looked at like I’m the issue.. shouldn’t be hard to order. 1 large pizza or 2 mediums

Last two times I ordered delivery from this location the pizza stayed in quality check for over 20 minutes and was burned and dang near cold when I received it. Not to mention the text alert will say the driver is pulling up now and it still will take an additional 10 minutes for the driver to actually arrive. One other time I chose carry out and when I went to pick it up I checked in and turned my hazard lights on waiting for them to bring the pizza out but they never did. I had to call inside and was told their computers were down. I rather drive up to the Gus Thomasson/Town East location and pick up a fresh hot pizza.

The staff is great and very sweet. My order was a couple minutes late but I didn’t mind at all. My driver, Alisha or Alicia (I’m going blank sorry) was very kind and sincere about running behind which was completely fine, I’ve got all the time in the world.

The past 4 times I’ve ordered from this location, my pizza is made and then sits for over an hour. The location is less than a mile from my house but always arrives cold. It doesn’t matter what time or day of the week, this is a constant issue.
