This was quite literally the worst subway experience of my life and it took EVERYTHING in my power to not walk out. 3 sandwiches took 30+ minutes for two employees to make. It was like watching sloths work quite literally. All of the spinach and lettuce was rotted and was disgusting, when told to remove the rotten lettuce off my sandwich the employee acted completely clueless far beyond reasonable expectations and we had to repeat our request 5 times before she was able to SEE the lettuce. I laughed off this entire experience but good lord $27 for 3 sandwiches and that crazy of an experience… goodness…

I have been to this Subway a handful of times maybe six or seven times over the last 10 years or so. Every time I go in there something awful happens. When I’ve been there the staff has been men. They seem to want to be anywhere else but there. I think it says a lot about who the owner is. You can judge the owner by the staff usually. In my opinion the staff when I’ve been there are sullen and unfriendly and unhelpful and downright rude. I feel like I’m bothering them by coming into the restaurant. I have never received a smile or welcome greeting when I walked into this Subway. They were out of several things at least twice when I was there. One time the minute I walked through the door one of the staff started telling me what they were out of. It was all things I don’t eat. When I said that I got no response. There was no greeting. In fact when I go in there I don’t even feel safe. I feel stressed. I feel glared at. I feel unwelcome. Some of the things they dude doesn’t seem clean. I went there the last time because I was too exhausted to drive down to the one I usually go to. I forgot how bad it was in there but I won’t forget again. I will never go there again. I go to Subway in Corinth at least once a week. they are very polite and kind and happy to see me and always willing to make the sandwich the way I want it. Very comfortable nice place.

Scammer gets scammed. We asked to use a promotion, and only after the sandwiches were made and they rang us up, did they tell us the deal was not applicable to our order. They gave me the wrong bread, and I’ve noticed the size of the sandwiches are only a fraction of what they used to be. I’m willing to bet this place will go out of business within the year. ☹️

From the “sandwich artist” to my table. The cheese was only half way melted on my chicken bacon ranch footlong and drenched in ranch. The facility is past due for a deep clean as their chairs, bathroom doors and feet of their tables have built up dirt, grit and sticky stuff on them. The good part was their chip display looked good, 1 of the 3 employees was friendly (he just got on shift) Next time I’ll choose to go to a different subway or sandwich shop.

Consistently the worst customer service of any subway I’ve been to. Nasty attitudes and ignores what you ask for. Ignore customers. Wouldn’t recommend this location to a dog service wise not to mention they always out of something or food is just sitting out not covered just nasty overall.

Every time I order my sandwich at or around 4:00 in this store there’s always a friendly person helping me, I only go to this location because it’s the only subway in Denton that the employees inside don’t look like they want to off themselves when I ask them for a sandwich. 100% good people, all of them.

Ordered on app and my boyfriend went to pick it up and I ordered at 12:45 and app said order ready at 1:10. It is now 2pm and they are just making the order. I did not think to do it sooner but take note of the time stamp on my screen shot that says the order is ready! They said the order was ready at 1:15 and have not even started the order till 2pm! And of course cause I used the application I can get a refund and discount even for waiting almost a full hour after the time the store lies about it being ready! We live 5 mins from store boyfriend just got back at 2:20pm with sandwiches. Two sandwiches done as combos and sandwiches are wrong, not toasted, no seasoning and soggy as hell from the dressing bath on them and no cheese I paid for. I want a refund and they won’t answer the phone
