Ordered online, curbside pickup. Fast easy. The app doesn’t work so I had to order via Web but that’s fine. My rewards still apply so no prob. The curbside pickup is great. The lady’s there all know who I am and they always take good care.

What is the point of ordering ahead and being told a target time to pick up? If it’s never ready? Every time you go into the store to pick up your order the people behind the counter are extremely rude, they are very slow moving, and the store is always full of customers waiting around. This place is very understaffed obviously. It wouldn’t be so bad if the employees didn’t look at you like you were bothering them for coming to pick up your food that you’ve paid for. My husband went to pick up tonight and was basically told that he was going to be waiting a while, while the cashier basically tried to talk him into leaving without the order that is paid for. SMH I’m done with this location.. you need better staff. I am a weekly customer of this subway and I will not return.

I forgot here name but I do believe she is a manager. Friday we had a storm come through and knocked the power out. So we waited for system to come back up. It was taking a little while. But she let me take the food and trusted me to come back. Needless to say I went back today Sunday to pay. It’s the little things that matter. And the kindness she showed goes a long way. Thank you so much.

I’ve hardly visited this or subway in Texas in general, have not had great experiences at them. Anyhow, I’ve tried using coupons, until last minute they tell you you can’t use them. I explain about having them in paper or in an email still nothing, all they say is use your app next time. Long story short, I did try the order in the app, only took off $2-, then 2 out my 3 sandwiches where not done right away ! I’m just done. No more for me.

I went to get a dz of chocolate chip cookies and there were 2 customers ahead all I wanted was the cookies so I went to the register and asked the lady could I get a dozen she nodded never acknowledged me verbally I asked for the softest cookies she started out honoring that request then she put in 2 that was hard I asked her to remove them and put in softer ones she took them out and threw in 2 and they broke. I still said thank you. She continued the transaction never saying a word acting disgusted I tapped my card and again said thank u she threw my receipt on the counter ….I said thank u and got my cookies and left … You really should be careful because you never know who you are serving un aware !!

Ordered two twelve inches got a 6” and a 12”. Came back and told me they couldn’t make another 12” instead trying to give me another six inch. Can’t do refunds either he said. Check your orders.

This location can never get my mobile orders correct, either missing ingredients or barely putting any dressing when I put more in the dressing section. Another negative is the sandwich always looks like a grenade exploded in the wrapper when I open it. Used to be the only subway I would order at but it’s terrible now.

Well my 3rd visit to this location and my online order placed each time @2pm to be ready at 5:35pm was not made when I got there. Excuse was first they had been busy and I inquired so busy busy you couldn’t make 3 sandwiches? Then it became that they just got the order at 5:40 while I was complaining. Right. I suggested a call to corporate to find out why an order placed at 2pm came at the same time as the customer, of course it didn’t. I suspect it was overlooked but this is the third time. Then since they had been so busy they had stale bread I guess.
