Went in today and the place was so clean and the woman taking our order was incredible. Best service I’ve ever received in a Subway. Toaster was down but her smile warmed everything enough.

Ordered from here a few times. It’s hit or miss with online orders, usually a miss. You would think when you tip, they would read notes to get orders right but no, they almost always screw online orders up. In store, they can’t get it right either. At least they’re consistent with getting wrong.

To whomever decided to cut back on the required amount of sugar for your Goldpeak “SWEET” Tea, I’m sure Goldpeak didn’t reduce the amount, twice in a week now your “sweet” tea is NOT!!!!! Food and service is great in Jefferson besides that.

This place is really clean and the staff are very friendly. Every time you walk into the restaurant they acknowledge you. The service is quick and everything is very fresh. I always order a subway club sandwich or subway club wrap. It is always awesome. The place is small but always quiet and clean.
