I order my subs in the app and I did today as well, app said my food would be ready at 3:10. I got there at 3:17 not ready ok no problem. Then at 3:25 I asked again only to be hollered at by Leslie so I said just give me a refund then which she claimed she couldn’t do. So I said let me get this straight my food isn’t ready for me and you can’t give me a refund? Let me talk to the manager which she so rudely informed me she wasn’t there. I said ok give me her number she went to hollering again something about not gonna get fired over me. I said fine then you call her which she also refused to do. I waited until 3:41 before my food was ready but they already had the receipt printed off making it look like it was on time. I wrote in to corporate and WILL NEVER be back to this subway ever again!!

I ordered two footlong sandwiches. The bread I wanted my son got it and I got his bread. My son got his sandwich toasted and it was toasted way to long so his bread really hard. My sandwich is dry. I tried calling to speak with anyone that would answer the phone and couldn’t get anyone to answer. We are really shocked and disappointed in our sandwiches.

Worst Subway service EVER!! Ordered off the Subway app to pick up our dinner one night after work. Get a call from Aiden and he was rude and said we don’t have any bread and will not make your order. No refund, no explanation as to why there was no bread … nothing just his rude comments. That was a $32 order that was never made nor refunded. I called back multiple times they would not answer the phone… called back the next day and was not helped really at all. And the rude night team leader gets to continue to take peoples money and not serve them…. Really disappointed in subway

Another day with no management or adults working only teenagers I was ordering food for my family, 1 of the sandwiches I asked him to moved some of the meat to the middle cuz there wasn’t any he responded its extra for more meat i ask if he could fix it not add more and responds again same way not listening, other sandwiches only 3/4 filled corner is only bread, other 2 I told them to make them the way it comes I didn’t know they put stuff on there that didn’t come that way wife’s mad at me now, tran#1/A-167405

Teenagers running the store, out of bread, 3rd time in 2 months, dining room, had to clean my table to sit down, open sign not on, shades all down and I guess the employees had no cars so it looks closed down at 5:45pm, had white bread that was stale, hate to be mean but I used to come in here several times a week but now only occasionally hoping service gets better

Just left this subway and will NEVER return. First Sandwich was ok but second one A Toasted Philly cheese Steak as it comes, when they started to wrap it I asked why it had no meat on it.They threw it away and started another one, but at this time they already had 3 more orders going and had already charged me for the sandwiches, had to wait for all the other orders to finish before we could get ours. And the 3rd on a chicken thay said they were out. VERY bad service and incapable employees.
