This Subway is the worst in town. When I pulled up to order there was no I’ll take care of you in a moment. The guy just had me sitting and waiting and when I pulled up to the window to let him know I needed to order and that I had been waiting for someone to respond for quite sometime. All he had to say was that he was with a customer and then walked away while running his mouth because I guess I was an inconvenience. I drove off because even the Subway on 80 shows better customer service than this place. I drove directly to the Subway on 80 and they were more happy to treat me like I was a “customer”.

This is the absolute worst subway I have ever been to. The lady in dreads conducting the drive thru was absolutely rude. While ordering, she was impatient and snappy like she didn’t even know what the place offered on their menu. I was the first car in line at the window and ended up waiting 30 minutes. The lady asked for payment and said my meal was $10.87… she did not confirm my meal with me and it ended up being for the person behind me. I tapped on the window and told them i had the wrong order. I waited another 15 minutes for a sandwich. The lady comes back and hands it to me and I asked for a receipt. She said she could not give me one and that I had paid less for what my meal actually was. I ordered a 6in with no extra expenses on the sandwich, bottle of water, and chips. The persons order I paid for had a 6in, med soda, chips, and a cookie. Therefore I was lied to and subway app can prove that.I just left bc I was so shocked with the service here. This is what my sandwich looked like… deliberately put wayyyy too much sauce it was nearly inedible.

Been going here for 2 years cause of how close it is but it’s progressively gotten worse. Whoever owns this subway either needs to sell it or get better leadership advice. I got 2 sandwiches a foot long and a 6 in came out to about 30 bucks cause my sandwich has a lot on it but the bread is stale and don’t ask for mayo if you want just a little bit of mayo cause they will glob it on and then say sarcastically “oops that’s a lot” and proceed to wrap up your sandwich and serve it to you. Manager at location is different every time I go and this new one needs leadership training as well. All in all I recommend making the extra 5 minute drive to any other subway than this one it’s worth using the gas to go elsewhere

This is the worst Subway I have ever been to. I spent $10 on a tuna 6 inch with chips and drink and I will post picture of sandwich but I literally have a teaspoon of tuna on my sandwich. The employees were not friendly.

knew something was wrong when they all give me a dirty look, never had any problems at this store, sub was physically lighter than any other sub I’ve ever had. No Mayo, not even half the veggies i ordered, can count the shredded cheese pieces on one hand, ONE HAND, and that smudge didnt smell like anything that should have been near a sandwich!!! awful, rude, threw away cause i didn’t want my dog even trying to get a piece!!!

Just did a door dash order today for a sweet onion chicken teriyaki bowl. I asked for 3 different sauces and extra cheese. The bowl came BARELY half full, almost completely dry with barely a HINT of the sweet onion sauce, absolutely no cheese and barely a hint of lettuce. Also asked for salt and pepper and that wasn’t on there either. For $13 I barely got even half of what I asked for. Won’t ever order from here again.

We stopped by this Subway outlet in Hudson Rd. In Longview, we ordered 2 footlong combos and 2 6″ sub combos, even with the order taker we iij ting d ou wn our order, only three sandwiches came out right I ordered a spicy italian sub in which the individual came back twice to ask about our order and I repeated it to him twice, all vegetables plus jalapenos please help me find my vegetables on my sandwich? Fir some unknown reason I don’t know what happened to them…
