First time having brunch at Parkside and I would very much impressed! I ordered the cinnamon French toast and it was very tasty. It can be on the sweeter side but it was soft and delicious. My friend got the eggs with fried chicken and the chicken was so tender and well cooked also it’s HALAL! The coffee was not good for me – it tasted water down. Also we got the doughnut at the end and I feel like I would’ve enjoyed it if I didn’t get the French toast but still a solid ending to a brunch. Excited to come back!

Excellent service! Maria our waitress was extremely welcoming and patient in explaining the menu to my mom and I. The food was delicious and such huge portions. Everything came out hot and you could tell the ingredients were fresh. This will definitely be our new go to breakfast spot!

Spontaneous brunch with my daughter and we could not have chosen a better place to eat. The welcoming service from all of the employees including Maria and the owner Ryan went a long way. And all of our dishes were to die for. Ropa vieja empanadas, Korean bbq chicken sliders, fried chicken with sunny side up eggs, and we scored complimentary dragon fruit lemonade and a strawberry matcha drink. I can’t wait to bring everyone I know here!

Best brunch spot in Metuchen !!! Wow it was incredible. I can’t recommend this place enough. The waffles and pancakes are amazing but do get the fries and mac and cheese. Everything was a 10/10. Service was great too. Support a small business

Parkside Eats feels like a true family owned neighborhood spot. Cozy, welcoming, and warm from the moment you walk in, with the owner personally greeting guests and creating an atmosphere that feels genuinely inviting. The menu boasts flavors from around the world, blending influences from American, Mexican, and Korean cuisines. Everything we tried was fantastic, including the Korean beef sliders, classic chicken sliders, steak and egg rancheros, and fries. The ube blueberry French Oreo toast is the standout and worth the visit on its own. Creative, memorable, and truly great food all around – and HALAL!! A great find.

What a find! The Ropa Vieja empanadas were perfectly crispy and packed with flavor, and the Western-style omelet was seasoned beautifully, definitely not your typical diner omelet. The potatoes were crisp, golden, and bursting with flavor, so good you’ll wish for more! The ube French toast was a delightful surprise as well. Service was prompt, friendly, and attentive. Highly recommend this spot and can’t wait to come back to try more dishes!

Hubs and I stopped by for a quick lunch (we work down the street) and wow!! We drive past this place every day and never noticed it… the menu is extensive and full of fusion flavors and the food is super flavorful. The elote ribs had us licking our fingers and I don’t even like chicken but I took several bites of my husband’s chicken sliders. Like Korean fried chicken level juicy seasoned good. Parking lot across the street in case you can’t find street parking. We will def be back…
