I stopped by this location at 8:50 pm and OPEN sign was on, lights on, workers saw me. I get out of my vehicle to get my 2 yr old out of the car. I move a little slow because I’m pregnant. Once I get to the door someone locks it. I try the door and notice it’s locked. I look at my cell it’s not 9:30 which is the closing time. Then all the lights are turned off inside the restaurant. Like I walked up to a closed location….I see one girl run to get the tea container and rush it to the back. Like someone is going to take it. No one ever acknowledged us. It was very rude and it really doesn’t make me ever come back here. 1st time customer… I was just in all that an establishment would do this… you would think I’ll take 5 min to make a sandwich to make money or even a 4 star review… guess not this place. Horrible customer service. Can’t tell you if Food is good bc I was never able to order…

My pregnant wife just stopped by at 8:57 and the worker turned off the light and locked the door, so I guess the hours of closing at 9:30 is just a suggestion.

Thank you very much to Subway on Audelia and Walnut Hill for getting it right all the time. I used to frequent this location back in 2019, and l probably will again this year because the other Subway won’t fix the card machine. I never had any problems with this Subway. The people who work here are amazing!

Thank you, Subway, for being open and fully staffed during the blackout after the big storm! One of few places to get food this week after the power was knocked out, and the place was packed! Employees worked as quickly as they could to get everyone their food, and it was good and plentiful and affordable!! $

Upon visiting this subway We ordered our food and that was fine, except when finished paying another worker came out from the office area and looked at my wife and said ”what do you want” which is not an acceptable way to communicate with a customer. We had not dealt with her the whole visit there, but it seems she could use improvement with her communication skills and customer service. Another note is that if you are behind the counter, at least be out of sight of customers when you sit on a ledge glued to your phone when the store could use some attention. If there is time to lean, there’s time to clean.

I’m Hispanic myself so I’m not one to point people out but I’m sick of a specific worker (Hispanic guy) who can NEVER get a simple sub order right. Always puts the wrong item in the Sub and when you tell him you didn’t want that he gets really upset and takes it off with attitude plus doesn’t take it all off. Everyone from my house hold always had issues when they go there because he’s so rude. The Hispanic ladies who work here are so sweet. That guy has to go. No social skills.
