Experienced Incompetent Staff with poor customer service. My husband placed an online order, paid extra for avacado on one of our sandwiches. I made it home & that sandwich did not have avocado on it. I called the store to let them know that it was left off. The worker that answered the phone said ” oh we out of avocado” and was ready to hang up without offering a solution. I had to ask for a refund. (avocado only) She then said “let me see if I can do it” I said if you can’t (refund to my card) can I just come to the store for a refund and she said ” you can” I drove all the way back to the store only to be told by her that I couldn’t be refunded then she lied & said she didn’t fix my sandwich or tell me that I could come to the store for a refund. Another worker intervened and said that since it was an online order they couldn’t refund me and that there was no manager there….again offering no solution. I asked her to get in touch with a manager because had I been given my options over the phone I would not have made another trip to the store.

Normally the sandwiches are good and there’s a decent selection of chips and cookies. Today there were no cookies. The chip required restocking. This is the second time this month I’ve stopped by and both times there was only one employee. I don’t know if someone is in the back but I’m only seeing one employee. If this is the case its unfair to him and speaks volumes regarding how little customer service and customer retention matters.

Consistently good. That is what I look for in places where I eat out. The workers are very nice as well, specially the one lady that has been there for a long time. It makes a difference to see a familiar face behind the counter. Franchise owners should appreciate that as well.

I recently had gone and to my surprise i was helped by who I believe is their manager “Miguel”. Now Miguel was probably the most patient worker I’ve ever seen, he’s so caring and careful! He knows what you want and how you want it but, nevertheless my experience at this subway was amazing i recommend it!!
