Complete experience was very nice! From taking my order, friendly & efficient (repeated to make sure order was correct) to the politeness taking my money/giving me my order. And to top it off, I have NEVER received an order that looked as good at the commercial. It may have only been 2 jr bacon cheese burgers but it was made with care & not just all slapped together & packaged. I was so impressed I HAD to write a book for a review. The name on the receipt was Jelly. So Jelly, thank you for a wonderful experience!!

I grew up being a McDonald’s kids, because it was the cheapest and it satisfied the stomach for a couple hours not because of the taste or because or the nutrition. But let me tell you something about Wendy’s, go and spend a dollar or 2 more for a meal at a Wendy’s chain because I missed out on so much as a kid the flavor was unmatched when it came the the Bourbon Bacon Burger (no longer on the menu sadly) and their fries are probably top 2 in the world depending on your taste. It’s worth the money and definitely worth coming back to at every chain I’ve went to, the employees were well trained and well informed on how to do their jobs and that the customer. It’s not the McDonald’s that it used to be everything is bland not worth a penny head on down to a Wendy’s and I promise you won’t regret it.

grossest bathroom I’ve seen in a long time. The women’s bathroom was closed due to the wall between the stalls was missing so they put a sign to use the men’s. There was stuff all over the towel seat and the floors in both bathrooms were very sticky.

Worst Wendy’s ever. Apparently their dining room is permanently closed. So hopefully you enjoy car dining. Food quality is poor, usually soggy. Met at the drive through speaker with a sign that said No carbonated beverages today soda machine is broken. Will never go to the Burlington Wendy’s again. Can’t believe they’re still open.
