Lady was so rude making 3 footlongs.i wanted to tell her what I wanted on each sandwich she walked off Manger a guy came out finished went to check out with a coupon which he would not take because expired by one day (I forgot to bring the exact new coupon, my mistake) I was just feed up at that point so I left the sandwiches and walked out. Manger would rather loose business and waste food than honor a coupon that’s out being marked to bring in business. By their reviews it looks like they are losing business.

I have experienced the same employee in my last two visits talk extremely rude and aggressive to me about pricing. I have had to request someone else to help me both times. Because of her I tried to avoid this location but it is my local store so it’s difficult. I have always loved subway but it’s unfortunate that this location has changed that for me. I will not be going back and be treated so horribly.

Its been about 2 years since I been here. Son picked up Tuna on wheat to go for me. When I opened it there was little tuna and tomatoes. Basically it was a bread and lettuce sandwich with so much mayo I thought they added soup. Shame on me to give them a try again. Should spend the extra 5 minutes to go to Jersey Mikes and even spend a few extra bucks!

Came in at like 8:52-8:57pm walked in and the lady is makin her co-worker sandwhiches wearing airpods completely ignored me didnt say hi didnt say give me a minute nothing. So I went over to little ceasers in and out less than a minute. I understand getting something before the end of your shift but just no communication lookin at me like im the problem rubbed me the wrong way. Wouldnt waste my time again here.

Horrible experience at this location. Tried placing an order online, an error screen kept coming out, so decided to go to another restaurant. Later that day I get a notification my order (which I couldn’t place) was ready and I was charged for it. Tried canceling by calling them multiple times that day and later during the week but no one ever picked up. Went in person the following week and the cashier told me a supervisor would have to be present to help me, so I was told to wait till he/she was back from the bank. Wasted my entire lunch and no one got there. Tried calling home office to see if they could help me but the automated message said to do it online. Horrible customer service in general.

I was afraid they would be closed before I arrived. I called in my order and got there as the young man was making my sandwich (about 10min before closing). He was super nice. The place was SPOTLESS! He had everything super clean and pulled forward ready to start the day tomorrow.

Dont eat here much but when I do its just ok. Bread, veggies and meats are ok. Seems like they want to load your sandwich with lettuce. Prefer Jersey Mike’s, seems like their quality in food is better.

The food was all super fresh including the wheat bread which is much of the time less than fresh at some locations. The young 16yo girl that served us was awesome and worked hard to make our sandwiches perfect and oh they really were so good. That is the second time that I have been to that Wylie location and both times have been really good. I also appreciate the fact that it was open til 10p on a Sunday!
