This used to be my go to McDonalds stop. New owner/new staff have made it way less consistent in getting orders correct and staff seem under trained/less motivated. Hopefully it will improve and I will come back.

It might be a little slow and their ice cream machine might hardly ever work and sometimes they don’t give me all my food… BUT The polite young man that works the drive-through almost every time I’ve been there in the last few weeks (Dec2022/Jan2023) is always smiling and happy to be there and is always so polite. I’m always smiling when I’m pulling out because of him. Smiles and positivity is contagious. Thanks for always doing the best.

ALL I ordered was a SMALL mango-pineapple smoothie. They handed me the smoothie and it was barely above half way. I’m not exaggerating and I hadn’t taken a single sip out of it yet, I almost asked them to remake it :/

Just went through the drive-thru at the McDonald’s on Glendale ordered a Happy Meal and they did not give me fries. When I called the gentleman I talked to hung up on me. I called back told him not to hang up on me I was wanting to correct the problem he then told me not to be an a******. And then he hung up again

Just terrible…I’m not usually a complainer, I don’t set the bar high for fast food chains, but this place is ridiculous. 15 minutes sitting at your “third window” only to have to come in and get my own bag of cold food and have the worker go…ugh what do you want me to do…do better dude. You gave me straight up garbage. I brought it home and threw it away because it was cold garbage. 0 stars if that’s possible.
