Paid for double meat and double cheese on 1 of 3 pepperoni subs. They all had the same meat and cheese on them. When I called the store to complain, I was told that it was correct and to double check, it was not. On the phone with 3 different people that told me it was correct. I like the new menu, I Chose the cheesecake sub. It was quality and fresh. I would not hesitate to eat here again. The place was clean and the service was great, the owners would give you the shirt off their backs. And for someone to complain just because they don’t take coupons and had never eaten here is just vindictive. As a franchise owner you have to maintain certain quality and cleanliness standards and this is right up there with the best. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

This subway does not accept coupons and are stingy with their veggies. The young lady that was making my sandwich was adding only 3 spinach? I had to tell her to add more. On top of that both workers were giving each other the side eye which didn’t make the atmosphere very welcoming. Any other subway in Denton is better than here in my opinion!!!

Just went by there tonight, 5 min. before closing to buy a sandwich, but they were already putting everything away and washed their dishes and I felt so bad for coming in so late, but I couldn’t get out of work fast enough and I was really craving a subway sandwich and they went ahead and made me a sandwich anyways, the two night time guys that was there are very nice and patient with me. 5/5 stars from me, would recommend this store to everyone! ⭐
