I strongly recommend avoiding this Subway location on West Pioneer Parkway. Our experience was unacceptable from the moment we pulled up. The parking lot is in desperate need of repair, and there was ice left uncleared directly in front of the door, creating a significant safety hazard and making entry difficult.
The food quality was equally poor. We ordered protein wraps that looked nothing like the advertisements; they were stale, dry, and seemingly missing the actual protein. It was honestly hard to eat. To make matters worse, the service was rude. There was a major communication barrier, and the staff member clearly did not know how to properly assemble a wrap. Between the safety risks outside and the subpar food inside, we will not be returning.

Terrible service barely made my sandwich my way didn’t listen to me at all and when putting ranch on my sandwich he put the tip of the bottle in my sandwich and refused to make me a new one terrible costumer service!!!

Not only is the service and food quality terrible but the employees will steal your stuff. I forgot my wallet at the register. Turned right back around (still in the parking lot) and went inside only for it to vanish that quickly when no other customers were in the building. All of a sudden nobody speaks English and the two people inside went to the back until I eventually left. I will never support this location again!

I was waiting at the drive thru for a while, called in to check if they were even open, no response to a call to this subway. The location is supposed to be open an advertises being a drive thru location, but they do not take orders from the drive thru. I literally went up to the window, made eye contact with the employee, and they did not take my order.

I ordered online but I came in 15 minutes early to watch them make it because every time I order online they barely put anything on it. My sandwich be so flat. I told the guy I was here for my order and he told me my order time. And I was like yeah but I want to see y’all make my sandwich. At this time no customers at all. He waited 3 mins before my order time while he had customers in front of him and made it without telling me. And guess what my sandwich flat as hell. I put a lot on my sandwich it shouldn’t be this flat.

The past couple of visits, our food was made incorrect. We went back this time to see them preparing the food with a roach on the meat door.
It’s safe to say we will not be returning due to the lack of care of the employees. The girl that helped remake the sandwiches was super sweet and the lady stocking the chips. The gentleman did not seem like he wanted to be there.

I’ve never been to this location, because it’s totally out of the way. Only stopped in because I was passing by & my son wanted something. It just so happened to be receiving a truck, so things were behind. I don’t fault them because I saw these 2 lady’s hustling with everything they had. I will always have extra patience when I see people doing everything can can possible do & still do it with professionalism! Great job ladies. I’ll stop by just to have that experience.

Trashhhhhhhh!! I waited 5 mins in the drive thru with my kids , called twice and finally went inside and asked is the drive thru open she said “NO!” I asked why there wasn’t a sign on it when the advertising sign literally says “drive thru open “ she rolled her eyes , so I left .

Don’t go here!! Service is horrible. Pedro is lazy! I had special instructions on my online order. When I got there it wasn’t what I ordered! He told me, he’ll make my sandwich the way he wanted to make it! You eat that Pedro! Never again!

I’m never coming back to this subway again. I put in a online order and the workers didn’t put everything I asked for. The workers only speak Spanish so they don’t understand a thing I’m saying. This is not the first time they’ve messed up my order they’ve messed up multiple times. All in all this place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star
