When i first came in no one was there to service me. One employee was sitting talking on the phone and another was in the back. So i went to the restroom to give them some time. I came out and there was another customer in front of me. We both waited for over 6 minutes while the employee started on an mobile order I’m guessing. There was no desire to work fast or anything. So in all I wasted 10 minutes of my busy schedule and still didn’t get my food. So i left.

I always ate sandwiches and never tried wraps @ Subway. Well, I changed that yesterday and had a toasted veggie wrap. It was awesome and super tasty. And I am not sure what’s up with all the negative comments about the manager. But Lee is super nice and compassionate person.

First of all, service is very bad. Didn’t make subway sandwich as I placed order in online. Manager is not at all friendly. If we ask he was just answering rudely. There is no customer obsession. I’m not recommending anyone to go to this place. Each time when I go here I’m fully disappointed.

This location’s manager is extremely rude with filthy practices. He stuffed the sandwich with lettuce when I didn’t ask for lettuce, when I pointed that out he then emptied the lettuce out onto the floor, dropping the Turkey as well. He then picked up the Turkey and put it back on the sandwich. When I asked that he instead remake the sandwich, he aggressively threw the sandwich away and said it would be great if we’d leave. The manager here is extremely rude, extremely fat and extremely disgusting. This location deserves zero stars.

Ordered online, was given the opportunity to hold buffalo sauce and to add chipotle to the order. Got home and the sandwich had both sauces. Went in and told the employee and she asked the manager what to do. He said make a new sandwich. Manager went on to tell me that I was wrong ordering the sandwich this way because he can’t see that I asked to hold the buffalo sauce. I asked why does it give me the option and he continued to get loud telling me I ordered the sandwich wrong. He said I was embarrassing myself in front of a store full of employees and said that I was never welcome in the store again. I have been to this restaurant a half a dozen times before and never an issue but today management was so rude and condescending

It’s the closet subway besides the gas station which I refuse to use however I will drive out of my way from now on to get Subway or just go to Jersey Mikes where the staff is always friendly. The manager is unbelievable. He leaves a worker alone when the line is long and she can’t speak English so that makes it more difficult for her. I feel bad for her. The last time he left her he came out of the back looking high and with a clear hard on – sorry no other way to say it. It was disgusting the way he would look at you and MY daughter who is 15. He was using or had just woke up – I don’t know which however it was disgusting and will NEVER go back there. Worst experience ever there and trust me we’ve had plenty but this was the final straw.

I formerly worked here, and a lot of these reviews are correct, besides a couple. However, one of the biggest things for me was management. There was one guy that wrote schedule, do prep, dishes, etc. The thing is, he isn’t great at any one of them. There were also times he would be on his phone, or facetiming somebody while on the clock. Altogether, its an OK place, bad place to work. If you want good food and service go to Jersey Mikes

The manager at this location is so bad that I will no longer go to this Subway. He is beyond rude to everyone, the customers and the workers. I won’t go here until he gets fired. I cone here 2-3 tines a week but I will drive and inconvenience myself because this guy is so terrible.
