I usually order in-store and never had issues, but this time I placed an online order and it was really disappointing. The sandwich was completely drenched in sauces, it felt like it was dipped in them. I had clearly mentioned to add less sweet onion sauce, but they went overboard with it, and the flavor of everything else was lost. Some of the ingredients I selected were missing too. It was honestly so bad that I couldn’t eat it and had to throw it away.

I work just down the strip in one of the other stores, and I come here quite often for lunch. Quite often. Every time I come the service is excellent, the staff are friendly, and I never have to wait too long for my order — even when it’s busy, the staff work to get through the line quickly and well.

Store didn’t look clean. Staff didn’t care to be there. This was my first time back to a subway in maybe 10 years. Ordered a meatball sub. They put 3 meatballs on a giant piece of bread. Bread to filling ratio was terrible. Steak and cheese was the same way. I wanted to walk out before they put the toppings on. Should have stayed away.

This place has improved so much! They started honoring coupons again, which is great. I always order on the app. I order a tuna sandwich for my daughters to split and one likes toppings and one likes no toppings. I put it in the notes. Tonight these wonderful staff made the sandwich exactly as asked and even kindly split them in half and wrapped and labeled them separately. Will definitely keep returning if the service will always be like this! This makes my daughters so happy!

I was refused service due to the workout clothes I was wearing. There was an old man working at the front, and he told me to leave because of the shirt I was wearing. This location is right next to a gym, so there is plenty of people who go to this subway location right from the gym to get food. I also have been here multiple times to buy food wearing my gym clothes without any issues.

This is one of the worst Subways I’ve ever been to. The shades are broken so it looks like you’re in the hood. The manager is unbelievable. A lady in front of me wanted to use the Subway coupon, and they didn’t allow it because the owner wanted to make as much profit as possible. She was upset and they were so rude to her.
The food had ice on it and you can tell it’s old. I didn’t eat my sandwich as it looked like leftovers on the 4th day. I have no idea how a business like this survives.
I would starve instead of give a place like this my money. Don’t fund places like this. Let them feel it where it hurts.

Staff was nice, food quality was ok but $17 for a combo? It’s still subway not a jersey premium sandwich shop. Not many coming in during lunch rush. When I worked at subway in the 90s it was packed. Corporate greed I guess.

The worst experience I’ve ever had in a Subway. The manager is terrible, the food was old, and the place itself is rundown. I ended up throwing my sandwich in the trash and not even eating it because it didn’t look safe or fresh. The atmosphere is very tense as the manager is trying to upsell every item and the employees are forced to do it too. I felt so dirty being in this Subway.
