I was having a very bad day. I decided to stop at Subway to grab me something to eat. The first thing that I noticed was the place was clean. The lights could be brighter. I had two wonderful ladies to help me. They were employees of Subway. Not only did they do a great job they have great personalities. They are also the reason I bought more than I went for. They convinced me to buy some cookies. The oatmeal cookies were delicious by the way. My sandwiches were made by wonderful hands so of course they were delicious. I will definitely go back again! Friday November 13, 2020 1947pm. The worst customer service ever provided at this location. Was not greeted when walked in the door it sounds like there was a party going on in the back room. When I finally was greeted, it was a very unwelcoming as it felt like they didn’t want to be working. I asked for double meet and a Italian bmt. The guy behind the counter kept looking every where putting on the pepperoni and salami, I repeated I would like double meet and he just kept making the sandwich like he didn’t hear me. When he asked me which cheese I wanted I realized he had not added the double meat an was missing the ham from the sandwich. Got it toasted and on to the veggies it didn’t get any better.

Awesome sandwich! I went in here tonight because I was tired of burgers. I met a very nice worker and named Terren, he took his job seriously and made a great sandwich. I will be back to this location again just because of this guy. It’s rare nowadays to find great customer service and he definitely provided that! Thank you again if you ever read this.

61st Memorial is HORRIBLE, had a receipt in had from online order showing store number, store address, my exact order, & Bank statement from phone, and MATT still refused to give me my food or money back just because he did not receive a subway ticket from my online order, my receipt was NOT enough for him and he refused to let me spk2 a manager and/or owner. I had to call the Police to get my food or money back, the food finally got done sloppy and not everything I asked for, very disappointed in this store, I already filed a complaint w/headquarters. 61st Memorial SUBWAY just shameful, don’t go to this one, they do NOT care and try to help their customers and we buy Subway a lot, just terrible! I will tell everyone I know to NOT go to this one!

The most disappointing lunch i have ever had. If i could rate this a -1 i would. The lady and gentleman upfront showed NO INTREST in even working there. No communication at all. The mood and vibe were just totally off and i felt unwanted. To top it off, i found a piece of HAIR in my sub. Which of course no shock there considering NONE of the employees making subs were wearing a hair net. Lost my appetite and waste of money.
