I don’t understand why this stire had been, and will continue to have poor service. The males appear to be or ill go on a lim amd assume, that they are intoxicated or medicated. Foul language to each other and in communicating with customers. Very unsettling. Not only that, but communication between employees was highly unprofessional and inappropriate for a job setting. The only time this store has ever had good service, is when the owners themselves are working. I understand that employers are not responsible for their employees behavior, but at the same time, they are responsible for what goes and what stays. If this store had reliable employees, it could gradually become a decent restaurant.

Very unprofessional. I went two weeks in a row around 3pm. The same 3 women were there. They acted like I was bothering them. The first time I went, they were out of bread and had to make it. I told them I would wait. They were really irritated when I told them I’d wait. As I was waiting, I was watching them restock the meat and vegetables. They did not rotate what was there. They just threw it on top! Thats why the vegetables are slimy! The second time I went. They were out of bread again. So I left! How are you out of bread in the middle of the day? . The store was nasty and they were rude. Having inappropriate conversation in front of customers, and they thought it was funny! Never going back there! I will drive to Sapulpa from now on!

There was a nice couple who serviced me fun, Clean(gloves) communication but this parking lot needs better lights there is always strange people hanging outside I don’t like unsafe.The owners of the variety of business need to come together and light that shopping center up stop playing safety first even for your own selves.

Easily the worst Subway.

There’s another one at around 61st and Lewis. Just hit I-44 and go across the river about 2 miles. Exit on Lewis, and go south about a half mile, it’s on your right. If you want Subway, go there or literally anywhere else.

The clerk tells me I can’t use their bathroom until the transaction is complete despite me assuring them that I was a customer that will buy a sandwich, and then the clerk proceeds to be as slow as physically possible while ringing up a soda. I left before the restroom urges turned into an emergency. I used the bathroom at the Dollar General next door, did not return to the Subway, and I will not return to this Subway ever again.

Ohhh the tummy troubles… I blame the cucumbers that did not look fresh AT ALL. The staff was very friendly, used fresh prep gloves and had a clean workspace. Is Subway’s supplier providing bad produce? My digestive system says yes…

Worst subway in tulsa, never get orders right especially on delivery orders. Won’t answer their phone. Recently ordered the new nachos and they sent with out the toppings, missing red onions tomatoes the sauce. Garbage people work here.

I was served by 9991, We asked for 2 cold cuts on white bread well when I opened it it was on some wheat bread I think I dont know it has seeds in its and it ruined the whole taste of the sandwich i will never be going back here again over 7 years of going here down the drain.

Sometimes you just crave Subway for some reason. I’m giving it 5 stars, considering. This isn’t some local gourmet delicatessen, but it’s nearby, good value for the money, clean, friendly staff, and it tastes like… well… Subway! This past trip, the gentleman helping us out was extremely friendly and absolutely loaded our sandwiches down with toppings. The photo looks messy, but it’s a win for me. Next time my approximately twice per year sub craving hits, I’ll come crawling back as I always do.

My daughter had a 1:10pm appointment to get her finger prints done inside the tag office there, we arrived 20 minutes early for her appointment. She needed to use the restroom so, we went yo DG, they said they don’t have a public restroom, that Subway does. We walked to Subway and upon entering the store was 3 people in line. A individual with glasses quickly asked if we was getting anything, I said no, my daughter needs to use the restroom. That same individual wearing glasses said that they don’t have a public restroom. I said okay and asked if this was something new because I have used that restroom without purchase in the past. He we don’t have a public restroom but harbor freight might. I thanked him anyway and proceeded out the door, as I was leaving, I noticed the door said “Restrooms for customers only”. Seeing that we was running short on time, I step in and said to him ” So you do have a public restroom but, I have to purchase something”. Before i could complete my question he said very rudely “We don’t have public restrooms” I said ” I will purchase a bag a chips just so she can use the restroom. The other female employee was standing there getting ready to point where the restroom is, my daughter took a step to head that way and im assuming the manager states again, We dont have public restrooms unless you are a customer purchasing something, i said, I know i am going to buy some chips. Very rudely said pay first and we keep the doors locked. There was a young lady in front of us, and for time sake, i asked her if i can pay for her meal, she agreed, I stood behind her so that i can pay for her meal. The manager took his poor time completing the order in front of this young lady. So while waiting, i started talking her. I asked her if she wanted chips, cookie or drink since i offered to pay, she responded “No thank you, she mentioned she just had to get back to work. I asked “Where do you work”? Dollar tree, she said, im the manger there. While our lengthy conversation was going on the manager chimes in to tell me that im not allowed to cut in line. I told him that i was not cutting, that i am going to pay for her meal so thatmy daughter can use the restroom. Manager said “she can handle her own and insisted that i cant pay her order. I let him know that he dont get to tell me how to spend my money. He then tells me that he can ask me to leave becausr im being rude. I said sir i am not being rude, and i have been in management for many years, so you are not going to convince me that this is how customer service work. The women he was still ringing out, apologized to me for the treatment i was getting and offered to share her coupons, i declined and thanked her. Finally its our turn to pay. MY daughter late for her appointment, the young lady late for work. I paid then asked again if my daughter can use the restroom, he hesitated then told Bre to unlock the bathroom door, she said it is never locked. While my daughter was in the restroom, the line died down and Bre went outside for a break,, the manager gets him a fountain drink and follows her out, leaving myself, my father and daughter inside. BRE came back in and expressed her apology and talked about how he is always rude. Something needs to be done here. The entire time, i watched a employee manage her manager. She kept tellimg him to just chill. All i have left to say is OSHA will be contacted, BBB and a compliant with EEOC. No one should have to work or be served in an hostile enviroment.

Ordered through doordash. Driver showed up within ten minutes of order being placed. The driver was kind enough to let us know that once they walked a little lobby and verified who they were. With no other customers by the way. The staff two people informed the driver that it’s going to be a what. The workers then chose to discuss scooby doo instead of starting on the orders. Our driver has sent us periodic messages and updates. At the time of singing this, it has been a total of fifty five minutes. That the driver has been stuck waiting for 6 subs.To be made. An operator end up calling a manager that was off duty in order to make a meatball sub, because it didn’t know where to get and prep more meatballs. Very much not a good look. Last update the the driver was told that.
They will have to start another customers. Sandwiches, while waiting, would you prep meatballs. Probably, some of the worst service i’ve ever heard of at any subway. Looking through the reviews, this establishment is not scoring very well.As of late. Hopefully management rectifies the situation shortly. Update. The driver After waiting an hour and ten minutes was finally given the food. Final update. Food finally arrive to the house. All sandwiches ordered were requested of toasting. And as a menu item are hot subs. Each sub is refrigerator cold. No indication of heating cheese not melted. Do better.
