Always a pleasure to visit Qdoba. Hot food, no cheating on the quantity unlike a major competitor. Free queso and guac is always welcomed. Not the safest crowd inside the restaurant that late who are just camping out, just my opinion

I wanted to follow up on my previous review. I returned to Qdoba today and the experience was completely different. The manager, Enrique, was extremely helpful, kind, and professional. He took the time to listen to my concerns and made me a fresh bowl, which was much better in quality. I truly appreciate the great customer service and how the situation was handled. HORRIBLE SERVICE. If you can just take the trek a couple blocks up the street. Also they charge you for 6 or more topping which i have never heard ever in my life! It was 7pm and the fajita veggies were out (this location does not close until 9 PM) When I asked how long it would be for some fresh ones I was told they’re not making anymore. I wasted my money

Try not to eat here at least on Sundays. I just finish eating half of a burrito that ordered $17 and I didn’t get the receipt. They had two rices white and yellow Rice both look Old like had been in the freezer for days. I ordered the white rice it was no choice. Than I ordered pork. Very dried pork. Or carnitas as they call it. Then I ordered a soda. From the machine soda cocke was out sprite was confused must pull something to get the sprite otherwise you will get water only. Any how I went and find my seat and start eating the already disgusting burrito I ordered. Sure enough it was disgusting.rice was cold. Carnitas meat very dried like everything has been in a cooler for weeks. I only eat half of the burrito the rest went to the garbage ️$17 dollars wasted. Now I know not to go to that Qdoba place. There other restaurants around Qdoba search before you go to Qdoba.

This location has been getting worst over time. There portions got EXTREMELY SMALL in the mornings. The crew rushes you down the line, and when you ask for extra they give you half a spoon for full price. Then you’re harassed by who I assume is the boss to sign up for chips and queso after telling him you don’t want to like 5 times. It’s a little smoother if you go after 5pm the staff takes their time and gives you what you ask for

Food is fresh and served right away. Very similar to Chipotle. Dessert menu is barren.. Based on value for your buck nod goes to Chip. The place was nice and clean.

Ordered online and 2 of the items were completely incorrect. How do you put corn on a kids cheese quesadilla. It may be better to go in person and not online but the staff was also unpleasant. As much as I enjoy Qdoba, look at another location and not this one. Especially for online orders.

The portions does not match the price, this photo is after he saw me pull out my camera because I had to continuously beg for more . It was a lady and a older Hispanic man with glasses; she started out with a lot of queso while he was lowballing , I had to ask for more I was going to compare the 2 bowls but he noticed hers and tried to match after me asking for more. That tiny spoon that you see he put one scoop of cheese and it was overfilled like the picture you see. I basically had to beg for more of watch topping I wanted . Although the food is a little fresher chipotle I’d rather go to them than go through all the trouble of begging for toppings … I drove all the way from richton park because I was so excited to taste “the famous Qdoba “ so imagine my disappointment when I come to this. 2 bowls was $37 compared to chipotle $28 for 2 bowls. I know for a fact the workers don’t put 1 scoop on their bowls so why would you treat someone else like that??

***Edit: We decided to give them another shot after the owner’s response and they have since redeemed themselves with good quality food and fast delivery these past few orders. Have updated the stars to reflected that, and will continue to update in the future as needed.***
Usually we have great experiences with Qdoba, but after writing a positive review just last week, we ordered two bowls for delivery today and one was literally half full! It was also completely missing the guac and felt like the order was half complete (and definitely not the delivery driver since the bag was still sealed). I couldn’t complain to the manager since the order was delivered, but I’m making my concerns known here online. Very disappointing experience!!
