The Fire Japanese Steak House was an awesome experience from start to finish. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. Our hibachi chef was incredibly entertaining and kept the whole table engaged the entire time. Best of all, the steak was cooked absolutely perfectly, exactly how we asked for it. On top of that, the prices were very competitive for the quality of food and experience you get. Definitely a place I’d recommend and will be coming back to!

I’m shocked…. Didn’t expect to stumble upon this scrumptious hibachi place!! I was driving from Gainesville to orlando with fam and we got hungry so we decided to get dinner at this place. First time trying the food and it was delicious!! Our chef, Baby Rez, was excellent, entertainingly engaging & had us laughing. All signs of a great establishment. Appreciate all staffs’ help when we asked for it & especially when they took upon themselves to go above for us. I’d say it was an amazing first experience. Will be back.

A great spot! I would highly recommend this to anyone near the villages. The chefs are so great at making the experience one to remember especially with the amazing deal on the hibachi. The quality of the meats are great and the chefs made sure to cook everything to our preference. The sushi is pretty good and a great appetizer to the meal and the fried ice cream is a great conclusion to the meal. It’s crazy how much food you get for this price – we ALL left with leftovers.
Our party had a vegetarian person who joined us and the chef was very careful to consider their dietary restrictions and make sure they had an equally fun experience.

Baby Rez is the BEST!! His FOOD WAS DELICIOUS. He was an incredible chef and was awesome with kids and teens, keeping it fun and exciting. Upgrades to the entry look very nice. I only docked a star because the initial staff took almost an hour before we got to the cooking experience, and didnt give accurate information about the kids’ meals. But Baby Rez made it an incredible lunch!

Friends who have eaten here before invited us along for our first dining experience. Reservations didn’t seem to matter, we waited 35 minutes to be seated.
Our chef was entertaining and really did an awesome job with our meals. Everything was delicious, my steak served soft and flavorful, shrimp weren’t as many as I’d liked to have had, but tasted very good. The noodles and rice were plentiful, and I ended up taking some of my meal home for “later”.
It was a very nice evening out with friends, and I will definitely be back.
The only con of the dinner was the check. I just happened to notice an 18% “hibachi style dining” added to my check that wasn’t brought to my attention. At all…Kind of a bummer. I wonder how many people don’t notice that 18% automatic gratuity and tip on top?

Went here in January with my wife and kids to celebrate a big accomplishment and everything was great until it wasn’t. Yal have roaches…them teenage roaches and they were coming out to play and crawling around after food was prepared. Please fix this in order to be better. I completely loss my appetite and told my wife we need to wrap it up I was ready to go. And yes, they were crawling on the table tops hell I should’ve took a video.

My family loves Hibachi, so we decided to try somewhere new based on a friend’s recommendation. Even though it was a 45-minute drive for us, it was well worth the trip! This was honestly the best Hibachi we’ve ever had—better even than Benihana. The food quality was excellent, and our chef was hilarious. The new owner even stopped by our table to check on us; it’s clear he has a professional background in hospitality. We will definitely be making the drive back!

Awesome food, excellent service and a wonderful chef. Our server Michael H. was very attentive and made the evening extra special. If you love Japanese hibachi, this is really exceptional. I had the filet and lobster, and both were perfectly done. The Dumplings were fantastic as well. Save room for the fried ice cream. It was probably the best I’ve ever had…and that’s saying something.
