I stopped in for lunch with my daughter and granddaughter. I received coupons by email. They only let me use one. It doesn’t say you can’t use them all. Either way, I got a steak and cheese footlong sandwich. You really have to search to find the steak. Kind of disappointing. I did get the veggies and the steak sauce on the side. I usually split the sandwich with my husband. They didn’t cut it, so I had to tear it in half. The unseat tea was freshly brewed, so that was a plus.

I find it ironic that you would have something on your menu and on your online store and not offer it. I came in and ordered a salad, as a former subway worker I know how it’s made and everything, apparently they no longer do salads it’s just basically a protein bowl. If I wanted a protein bowl I would have ordered a protein bowl I wanted a chopped salad. I know this is in no way a reflection of the workers they were polite. But when I asked they had no idea and told me they don’t do that anymore. This is completely on the ownership who didn’t want to buy the tools and the bowls for a salad which is twice the size of a protein bowl.

I got pretty grossed out when the girl that made my food sounded sick and touched her mask while making my sandwich. Her mask looked like it hadn’t been washed in awhile. They were polite so I decided not to make a big deal out of it but I definitely won’t be back!

Terrible experiences with online ordering. I gave them multiple opportunities but they messed it up every time. When I reported it they only offered me the missing ingredients on my next order. I think they leave things off offline orders because they know you aren’t going to check until you are home and it is always the more expensive ingredients missing like guacamole.
