Usually order from here and the food is INCREDIBLE. Tonight, placed a delivery over the phone and the person messed up pretty much everything. Asked for a large sub- got a small. Asked for a veal parm sub- basically no cheese. Asked for a chicken Caesar salad with extra house dressing- got a house salad with 1 dressing.

I stopped by to pick up an order and asked the employee a simple question. I asked her a second time, and she still chose to ignore me, even though she was really quick to answer her co-workers, just not me. She had one earbud in, but clearly she could hear when she wanted to.

We love Louis! I can’t believe it took me this long to review. Their house pizza is phenomenal!! We got an Italian sub (ate before I could take a pic) and a chicken kabob dinner the other night. They were both amazing! TIP: Make sure to ask for grilled veggies with the kabob dinner, it tops it off perfectly
