My dinner experience was good with my friend. It was my first visit. Food was alright, fast service. The establishment was neat, well maintained. The waitress gave us an extra pair chopsticks for serving. Food portion is good too. Many reviews complained about bad service. Lucky that our dinnet servers were good.

We were quite disappointed with our visit. When we first sat down, we weren’t even offered water. I asked for two glasses of cold water, but the waitress only brought one and handed it to my baby who is only a few months old.

We ordered a cold HK style milk tea, a sizzling meat lovers, and French toast with peanuts butter. But the milk tea was too watery; the steak and the mixed vegetables were overcooked and burnt. The French toast was also very disappointing. Honestly, even a random HK restaurant would have tasted better.

We won’t be dinning there again.

Love this place. Not only it brings back childhood memories, but the food is really good. I went the first time for a yelp event but I have been back at least twice a month and every time I bring someone with me who also love this place. For weekday lunch they have special that comes with a hot drink for $1 and cold drink for $2. I think I tried most of the menu and I have not had an item I did not like. The service is good and the nice pastel color modern decor is very pleasing to the eye. The bathroom is clean and well maintained. Go and try this place…you won’t be disappointed.

My relatives LOVED their food and HK style milk tea, while I found the dishes we ordered quite mediocre.

Also beware of bad service: the servers spoke mandarin. My fam couldn’t speak flawless and fluent mandarin. They looked very impatient when we ordered. They were annoyed when we asked for further details for the food. Bad service transported me straight back to HK. Not worth the long trip if you don’t live in that area.

The only good thing is their food was not as heavy or salty as other HK food spots. The interior is also pretty clean with restroom available.

* Club Sandwich 公司三文治
Fresh ingredients like tomatoes and lettuce. Very salty spam meat. Fries were bland.

* Chicken Fillet and Fried Egg Noodles 雞扒煎蛋出前一丁
*Baked Tomato Pork Chop Spaghetti 茄汁焗豬扒飯
Average. Small portion compared to Kong SIhk Tong and other HK cafes. Pork chop and chicken were tasty and skillfully pan-fried till crispy.

* House Special Rice Rolls 混醬腸粉
Very bland and sticky. They were quite skimpy on the sauces. Don’t order this.

* HK Style Milk Tea 港式奶茶
* Mixed Coffee and Milk Tea 鴛鴦
Cute mugs for pictures. Rich tea flavor.

If you’re a foodie like me, you’ll love this place! The menu has a fantastic selection of dishes, and we loved everything we tried. We only had good comments about the food. I can’t wait to come back again! This is highly recommended HK style cafe in the neighborhood!

This place was pretty busy, and we had wanted to try it out because it was a fairly new establishment. Had their Hong Kong Style coffee and tea, which came in a steel cup. Portion sizes are fairly small compared to the price point. The Pineapple Bun with a thick slice of butter was a good experience. Worth trying out for the HK vibe.

Update: 12/2/25 CASH ONLY

Went for breakfast on a Wednesday morning. For parking, if you plan to go in the morning park on Northern Blvd Eastbound. If you plan to come in afternoon, park on Northern Blvd Westbound. Weekends you can park either way. Small portions, not like IHOP or a diner, but comes with a salad and drink. Decent place to get brunch / breakfast. Would give 5 stars if the Spam was thicker and more slices. Only got 2 thin slices of Spam lol.

This new HK Café is a great new addition to the area! It has a ton of variety in both the drinks, entrees and desserts. The interior is so well decorated and very well maintained. I love the comfy booth seating but there’s also several tables as well. The staff is also very friendly and service was great throughout the entire meal.

I got several of their items from the beef chow fun and baked Portuguese chicken with spaghetti to the Hong Kong style French toast and it was all delicious! All were very flavorful. I especially loved the sweets like the warm pineapple bun with butter which is a Hong Kong classic. The Hong Kong style French toast is a must get! Make sure to get the peanut butter one which has the contrast in textures from the addition of crushed peanuts. And add condensed milk to elevate it further! Also love the shrimp toast which is fried perfectly for the lovely exterior crunch and flavorful shrimp paste.

Overall, a great restaurant with superb service and delicious food. I can’t wait to be back!

Hong Kong style cafe just opened and food was amazing . The HK milk tea was just perfect not too sweet. We also had the chicken wings and imitation shark fin soup which I forgot to take photos of. We had another order of wings at the end. The place was very comfy and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely be back to try their clay pot rice and congee and pineapple bun burger.

1480 HK cafe has a large menu; decor is bright with lavender pops of color in the decor; booth and table seating.

On my third visit on a Fri night, place had people coming and going and was pretty packed. The owner, her daughter and the staff were friendly and very attentive; remembered me from previous visits which is nice of them.

About the food:
Shrimp toast – light, crispy and not oily but was a little bit on the last visit.
Beef stew noodle soup – chose angel hair noodles – was al dente; rich broth; generous amount of tender beef and tendon, radish too which was new to me but we liked.
Salt and pepper dishes – squid, and pork (over-rice) – crispy, salted but not too much, with a kick from the jalapenos. Some menu items have a $2 up-charge after 2:30pm, like the over-rice options.
Salted fish and chicken fried rice – flavorful and good portion.
The pork cutlet came with rice (or spaghetti), salad, a choice of sauce – creamy white tasted like bechamel.
The pork chop burger, with fries, was juicy and good fries.
I liked both the Iced HK milk tea (creamy) and the milk tea red bean slush. Can adjust sweetness.

Clean restroom available.

On busy Northern Blvd. with residential and street parking (check signs ie No Standing from 4-7pm). Accessible by bus too.
