The lobby was clean and the lady was nice, but the bread, the key to a good sandwich, was hard. I know this location is a little tucked away, but it’s 2pm on a Wednesday. The bread taste like it was yesterdays left over. The ingredients where good. Fresh tomatoes and whatnot, but the bread ruined everything.

Updating my review to be fair! They’ve worked out all of their issues and they’re doing much better now. I only wish they still had the pick up orders easily accessible. But, considering the homelessness creeping into the area, I can understand why they aren’t and willing to wait a few minutes for my order than risk it to be stolen or trifled with.

Awful on dec 31 i ordered thru the app to pick up got there 2 minutes before the estimated time had to wait almost 15 min for somebody to go to the drive thru then another 5-10 for him to hand me my food got home the food was super cold half of the ingredients were missing the bread on both sandwiches was wrong and something as simple as putting coke in a cup they decided to put dr pepper. When i called there excuse was “oh the employee is new” have a nice day

Go to another one. This one is done. It’s always something with this place. Tonight, ordered on the app, pickup time ready by 6:50. I arrived at 6:43. App status said Building so I wait… till it says Ready. I go in and to my surprise (sarcasm) the sandwiches were still being prepared. Why mark it as ready when it wasn’t?
