We don’t live near this location, so we hadn’t stopped here in a couple months. We stopped to get our favorite Turkey Italianinos, the only sandwich we like from Subway, and were told that sandwich didn’t exist anymore. We asked if we could get an Italian BMT and substitute the ham for turkey, they said no. They were more than happy to substitute the ham for Turkey for an extra fee of 6.00. We knew what we wanted before we went in there, so we paid it. They said there is no way to order what you want without paying extra if the “key” is not on the register. They also said that they were going to completely get rid of being able to make any changes to any sandwiches in the future. That you would only be able to order exactly the way it was on the menu. Ordering things the way I want them is the only reason I go to Subway. We only went there occasionally, but we won’t be back.

I’ll start with the good…both times visiting, bread was soft, sandwich was tasty,veggies fresh. BUT I didn’t get what I ordered through the drive-thru. I asked for a foot long veggie with pepper jack cheese, extra olive & pickles. I got American cheese instead, only a few Olives& Pickles, no green peppers. I’ll stick to ordering INSIDE I think.

Had to wait 10 minutes for my one sandwich and with only one customer inside. I was in the process of leaving because I only get a short lunch (30 minutes) and a man came to the window and was already hateful before I even said anything. He makes me hold the card machine and shuts the window and scoffs when I dont tip him and hands me my sandwich and shuts the window. I suggest he go get a job that’s not customer service because I will probably never go back after his hateful attitude and anger towards me for not tipping.

Ok… not sure about the drive thru kiosk. .. it didn’t list the sub of the day special, and it mixed up my order with the big order of the person behind me. .. but… the young lady who came to the window apologized repeatedly and even thanked me for my honesty when I returned the meal deal and pointed out all I ordered was a sammich! And. .. oh how awesome was the sammich! Flatbread, roasted chicken and oodles of fresh veggies. Yummy!

Waited for 30 minutes on 2 six in sandwiches in the drive thru, no other cars behind me so it wasn’t very busy only to discover that the sandwiches was not what I ordered. Tried to call and after 10 minutes of listening to the music I gave up. I will go inside next time so I can make sure it’s right before I’m ten miles away.

The older blonde lady is completely rude. Started off without saying welcome in or hi welcome to subway but instead snapped at me cause my friend brought his noodles in to warm up cause he is low on finances. Started to argue with me about it (a paying customer) She could’ve just told him nicely. If your having a bad enough day you have to take it out on customers you’ve no business in the customer service industry. We all have bad days and the subways in okc I bring my kids happy meals in all the time. It’s 102 degrees outside and you won’t even let this man come in and eat his noodles in the air conditioner. Pathetic.

I called the store 3 times and was hung up on afer being on hold for more than 10 minutes. Ordered a bacon salad. I paid for extra bacon and had a total of three slices on top of the salad. These were not cut up. I requested cucumbers and was give piclkes. I requested vinigar and oil and got none. There were no tomatoes on my salad and i requested them.

I ordered a wrap and it was delicious! Tried to use the touchscreen to order, but didn’t have any luck. Had to order at the window. It took a little bit longer than it should have, but the ladies working were very nice and apologized for the wait. The wrap was very fresh and tasted great!
