Bonfire and Barrel at Schram Vineyards is a great gathering space. The cocktail menu is nice, the food is perfect for sharing, and the staff is friendly. Solid find by the JV group, it’s officially our new gathering spot for group get-togethers.

I was excited to try Bonfire & Barrel at Schram winery as we visit often and have always had good experiences there. To start it’s wide open inside and very loud. Started with the chips and queso. I am not exaggerating when I say you get better chips and cheese dip at a baseball game. It definitely came out of a can and not the good kind. Ordered the fig n pig pizza to share and it was terrible. It was so grossly sweet to the point we couldn’t eat it. The staff was kind enough to remove the items from our order but this was so supremely disappointing. We have always enjoyed Schram Winery and brewery but this was terrible. I really hope they improve. Will not be back.

YUM! Had a great experience here. The service was awesome from start to finish and the team was attentive, friendly, and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. Definitely looking forward to coming back! Plus they have a great selection of food options!

I am writing to share my recent experience at your restaurant, which has left me quite disappointed.

Today marked my third visit to your establishment. On my first two visits, I found the service and ambiance to be decent, which encouraged me to return. However, today’s experience was notably different and troubling.

I arrived at the restaurant around 1:22 PM. Upon entering, I greeted the gentleman by the front door with a polite “hi” and asked how he was doing, but unfortunately, I received no response. Assuming he may not have heard me, I proceeded inside and seated myself in one of the booths. I waited for approximately 15 minutes, yet neither of the two waitresses acknowledged me or offered service—no water or menu was provided. Meanwhile, other patrons seated just a few feet away were being tended to promptly.

Given this treatment, I cannot help but feel that there may be an element of racial discrimination at play, particularly from the waitstaff. During my last visit, I sat at the bar and received excellent service, with the bartenders attending to us well. It is important to note that I consistently leave a 20% tip to acknowledge good service, so tipping is not an issue in this case.

I had even recommended your restaurant to friends, but after today’s incident, I must reconsider. I sincerely hope this feedback reaches you, and that you do not share the same sentiments as the waitresses seemed to exhibit. It is crucial for a business to treat all customers equally regardless of nationality or ethnicity, and failure to do so risks alienating potential patrons.

While I understand that the restaurant owner ultimately decides the standards of service, I urge you to address this matter to ensure all guests receive respectful and equitable treatment.

Regrettably, based on my recent experience, I cannot recommend your restaurant to members of the Hispanic community or other ethnicities at this time.

Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback.

We stopped for a pizza last weekend and were so disappointed . The crust was soggy and chewy with no real flavor . We had a lot leftover and took it home as it was expensive. We just tried to reheat it and it was as my husband said “ the worst pizza I ever had” so disappointing after spending $200 bucks there !!

I went with my family to the new Bonfire and Barrel restaurant at Schram Vineyards and we left very bummed. I had a lemon drop martini and it tasted nothing like a lemon drop martini I’ve ever had, very fake lemon flavor. We ordered Pizza which was a huge disappointment as the crust was so doughy for being so thin and there was too much cheese. The sandwich I had was apple brie panini, this was so disappointing as well, the apple was cooked on the sandwich which gave it an odd texture and flavor. All in all we i don’t think we will be back anytime soon, we were very unhappy with the food. The highlight of it all was the beer cheese nachos.
