Made an online order and had to wait over 30 minutes for it and still didn’t get my rolls. I didn’t realize it until I got home I wasn’t going to go back out in the rain just for rolls. Called the number on my receipt and guess what… They didn’t answer and they haven’t set up a voicemail yet either. The food was good and the service was not so good.

Immediately upon entry the energy is great! Customer service was top notch so I planned to review solely on that before even getting my food. Now that I’ve eaten my food, I can also praise that as well. I got the cod lunch special and added a couple chicken wings. Very yummy! Hot and fresh, no complaints! Coming back again for sure!

Usually good, NOT THIS TIME! Fish so overcooked it was hard as a rock and dry as a bone. Usually really good, I knew when we had been waiting almost a half hour they forgot our fish. Used to be this would never have got out of the store. Tom would have fired someone for this. Very Disappointed….again.
