Great except you absolutely cannot get extra pickles…. We asked for them on the sandwich as extra and were told they don’t offer that. We asked about getting an order of them on the side and were told no. I asked to put the pickles from my sandwich on the other sandwich and were told no. Apparently they have had a pickle problem. If you don’t want extra veggies this is a good sandwich shop. The staff were very helpful outside of the pickle situation. Seems they have been told by management they cannot put more than 6 pickles on a footlong sandwich. I found this frustrating. McDonald’s puts 3 on a quarter pounder and let’s you double and triple up on them if you’d like. I don’t mind a surcharge for the extra and that too was not available…

I always order through the app, and every single time my order is completely perfect and the employees do an excellent job. I absolutely love this place and everyone who works there is amazing. My food is always out there when I arrive and it’s always ready before the app says it will be 10/10

My sandwich was nowhere near worth $11. The bread to meat and topping ratio was ridiculous with the sandwich being 70% bread. I asked for extra lettuce and light mustard but got the exact opposite of both. There was barely any lettuce on my sandwich and so much mustard it was oozing out of the sides. All I could taste was mustard. I could not taste the lettuce, meat, cheese, or mayonnaise because if the amount of mustard. To get rid of some of the mustard I had to scrape off a majority of the almost nonexistent lettuce I was given. There were approximately only 1-2 slices of each meat as well. Definitely not what I was expecting from a more expensive new club option. They also did not have the cheese I originally wanted but the substitution was fine with me. Overall it was a waste of money to basically buy an $11 loaf of bread.
My husband’s $13 sandwich was also a disaster. It’s bread to topping ratio was also terrible, especially for such an expensive sandwich. He also requested the sandwich be toasted with the veggies on it to soften them and that was not done. So, he ended up picking off half his toppings. Again, a waste of our money.
I wish I could say this was a fluke but this was the third time my husband and I have experienced this. It’s a waste of money at this point and we will not be returning.

I placed a mobile order here and the manager Angela told me that the order never went through on their end. The money was taken out of my bank account and the order was placed but somehow the order never went through. I was told that this store has nothing to do with the mobile app so beware and my food was not made despite showing proof to them that I ordered in the app.

If I could I’d give this place ZERO STARS I ordered food from them around 9:30-10:00 and I had it delivered to my house, it was not made right bread was soggy, they didn’t give me the cookie I ordered so I went in there and was trying to explain it then and the worker name ANGIE who works there was counting her draw down and she was very rude she said I don’t cookies made that early so I’m sorry your gonna have to wait! But rudely! I will never ever spend my money at this subway again! They are rude and don’t know how to treat their customers

The girl in there named hope bragging about becoming assistant manger was really rude and terrible service. Her uniform was really gross it had dog or cat hair on it. She had a line of costumers and just took a break outside to smoke.

I’m leaving this review in regards to one specific worker. The name “Koby” was on his name tag (looks like he could still be in highschool). When we first got there he was sitting in the lobby playing videos from his phone very loudly. These videos were full of inappropriate comments and vocabulary. The other worker seemed to be doing everything on her own. “Koby” was visibly disgruntled when new customers entered the store and was rude to customers in the line. We also witnessed him shoving one of the sauce bottles in the face of the other worker. This was highly inappropriate and sad to see. I’ve never had such a negative experience at a subway before. In regards to the other worker, she was very welcoming and our food turned out great! I hope she doesn’t continue to be mistreated by her coworker.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I was personally threatened by one of the workers. In front of 2 other workers and 3 other customers, a worker named Angel attacked me and threatened me. Come to find out, SHE’S THE MANAGER! Never going back there again!
